I’ve never wrote a review on something but this place is so horrible I wanted everyone to know! Warning, it’s long.
I went through the drive through and waited at the box for 5 mins (I was on the phone so I could see how long it had been) I figured the box might not work so I pulled around to the window.
The boy working the window asked why I didn’t order at the box and I explained I waited for five minutes but no one ever said anything (even a “hang on one second”) so I thought it might not work. He responded with “yeah we’re really busy”. There was two cars ahead of me when I got in line who both got one smoothie and there was maybe two people inside (I will note I saw four workers). He then asked for my order. Then, a teenage girl walked to the window and asked me to pull around so I didn’t “block the drive through” (there was a car behind me). I asked where she wanted me to pull to and she said “just pull to the side”. Most fast food places do this if they are going to be a second to get your stuff ready, so it’s nothing new to me. After I paid, I drove to the side of the building as instructed by the girl. While I was sitting on the side, the girl who told me to pull over opened the employee door to get a box, which was in front of where I was parked, so I know she saw me waiting.
After I sat on the side of the building for 6 minutes waiting for my smoothie and I could see inside (no one was in there) and no one was in the drive through I wondered what was taking so long. So, I got out of my car and walked in. When I walked in, the teenage boy who took my order and payment pulled a smoothie out of the freezer and tried to hand it to me. I asked if that was my smoothie and he said yes that I was supposed to come in to get it. I asked even though I went through the drive through, ordered, paid, and was told to just “park on the side” I was expected to walk in? He said “yes, I thought that was understood.” When I asked why they don’t bring it out if you ordered and paid in the drive through the boy said “yeah we don’t do that here”. I did ask him to make me a new smoothie because I did not want one that had been in a freezer for almost ten minutes to which he did do, so that was a positive. However, he questioned me multiple times saying “you want me to make a new one” before agreeing to make one.
The point is: If I was going to walk in I would have just done it from the beginning or at least tell me in the drive through that I needed to walk in instead of saying park on the side. Both the boy who took my order and girl who told me to pull to the side were, in my opinion, very rude and unprofessional from the beginning.
Long story short: my experience with this location was horrible customer service!!!! Which is sad, because I love Smoothie...
Read moreI love the veggie immune builder but today it was far from veggie. Supposed to be green because it has Kale. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with one person in front of me. Bryson apologized for the wait but asked what I ordered. Rec’d my drink and it was yellow which tells me no veggies. Tasted like pure banana. Went inside to tell him it was wrong and I said this isn’t a veggie. He proceeded to tell me yes it is. I said no it isn’t because I get these for lunch during the week a lot and they are never yellow. He proceeded to slam the blender container into the sink. I said you don’t have to throw the container in the sink and the other girl said we do that all the time. Oh yea ok. I said it’s ok just give me a refund and then he said he didn’t know how to refund a credit card. I told him I would come back on Monday for a refund. Won’t be back. Unfortunately no consistincy with teenagers...
Read moreI get a smoothie from Smoothie King at least once a week. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. The employee named Will was so rude. Cursing and slamming the drive thru window bc I told him my smoothie was incorrect. It had banana added to the ‘Berry Punch’ smoothie and it was watered down. He told me I’d have to pay again if I wanted it remade. After I decided I just wanted a refund, he lied and said he didn’t scan my card. I had to show him on my phone where it had charged me. Then he slammed the window again and then came back with my change and said he didn’t have the receipt and couldn’t reprint it. I pulled around and went inside where another employee named Wyatt was extremely polite and reprinted my receipt for me. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Wish I could...
