PANDEMIC UPDATE - Five Guys has what seems to me as the most stringent safety protocols in place right now (Sept. 2020). No dining in (a couple of outside tables are available), plexi-shields at cashier, social distancing marks on the floor, and an employee manning the soda station for you. They also offer condiments (ketchup packs, plastic condiment cups of mayo and other condiments) napkins, cutlery, salt & pepper, and peanuts by request only, not out for you to grab yourself. I was impressed by how the employees seemed to be on top of these new guidelines, taking them quite seriously, while other places seem to have rules in place, but no one really following through. Because of this, I upped my rating to 5 stars, even though $15/adult still seems pricey for burgers and fries. Delicious burgers with super delicious toppings, and quite possibly some of the best fries anywhere (and lots of them). You will no longer be hungry when you leave, unless you choose to be. Only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is because I'm opposed to spending $10 on a burger and another $5 on fries and then more on a drink...but it's a GOOD burger and they're AMAZING fries, and i love the soda choices,, so I do it anyway...
Read moreI'm giving two stars simply because my intelligence has been played with and I don't play around with my food...especially when others are making it! I never had a problem with five guys they're food is actually good. This Sunday crew was horrible I understand restaurants get busy but we're as paying customers should get treated as such. I parked at the front and normally they would come to your car and take your order, the guy today just stood there so I decided to do curbside pickup since he never came to the car. I placed my order at 2:11pm I didn't receive my order until 3:00pm. I called the guy over, gave my name, and told him I placed it online and it said 2:18pm it would be ready. Received my ordered it was NOT PRESENTABLE...called in the store explained to the lady my food wasn't accurate it was barely any bacon so she said she would send some out it's no problem but she said it sarcastically. The guy came with two containers of ketchup after he asked me how many i wanted i asked for four(i had two burgers with large fries.)The fries wasn't cooked all the way with a hell of alot of season thrown on them and the bacon was old, cold, and hard! Concluded from all of this I will not...
Read moreI visited this place once in Georgia and it was good. My experience here was a clean one. Everything was clean and the air was fresh. No waiting once inside.
My order was HOT and FRESH . My family of 3 tried the Little bacon Cheeseburger which was $7.09, Large Fry $6.29, Cheeseburger $8.79, Little Cheeseburger (Plain). All of this total with tax was ..... $31.57.
I forgot that Five Guys was this expensive( for my pockets) . The fries have a reputation that's known to be euphoric . The burgers are hand patted out. The pickles were good, crunchy and not too dilly. My overall experience was satisfying and the fries overflowed. Everything was ...
