DJ's Drive In — Restaurant in Floyd

I was out working and saw a sign that advertised a "Thanksgiving burger." I decided I'd like to stop by later on my way home and give it a try. So I stopped in a few hours later and asked about the advertised burger. A burger with a deep fried turkey and stuffing patty, Swiss cheese, and cranberry aoli. I have to admit I was a little skeptical about the cranberry aoili, but I gave it a try. It's delicious and absolutely worth it. It tasted like Thanksgiving crammed into a burger. I love weird and new taste experiences, and this hit the spot. My only gripe is that they only accept cash tips. I don't usually carry cash and really wanted to tip the employee who came out to take my order. I won't say it's the best burger I ever had, but it was weird and wonderfully delicious, which I love. I plan to stop in at every opportunity, and next time, I will make sure to have some cash for the waitstaff that...

Stopped yesterday for the first time big mistake!! Burgers were awesome milkshakes are awesome. Can’t wait to go back. Hate I’ve passed by it for so many years now. Plan on making it by a lot more often now!!! Since my last review I’ve been back and had breakfast here. My my I must say I was going to the wrong places to eat breakfast in Floyd. Edited: I came back the 3rd day for an egg sandwich with bacon. So so good. Perfect place for good food on the go! Loved everything I tried! Original: was in the mood for something a little lighter than a hamburger so I had the club one day and it was so good I came back the next day for the BLT. Both very, very tasty and very affordable. I rarely have sandwiches that look this good by the time I get back to a picnic area! The vegetables were crisp and full of flavor, and the bread was perfectly toasted. I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there. Had to drive around for a few minutes as the parking lot was full, but it wasn’t really that big a deal.
