Terrible customer service, this people in the print and copy service are the worst, any service cost you a fortune, just have an excuse to do their job. If you need to think about it twice to ask for a simple fax service, or scan a simple page they want you buy a drive, maybe the whole pc, or fax machine WAKE UP PEOPLE FROM OFFICE DEPOT!!! You loose your mind or what!! I think you loose the real commitment or mission of your business charge a lot for a simple service, work like a robot no feelings at all how your customer service work, any idea, waiting line longer cause people does not what to do or how to do it and because of that they solve your problem offering you to buy an item from the store like a drive or rent their pc. What kind of business is that? Better you close the Print and Copy Department or change its name, and give better training to your employees and no waste our time!! Today I had the worst experience in this department with the person in charge, manager, just I asking for printing and scanning my documents from my phone, I left the store what it should cost me around $50 just for 14 pages to print. According to him I have to rent a pc, buy for a drive, and pay for print and send my documents by email. I went to the Library they offered what I need and just paid $6 a little less than that. I leave very happy and I'll be back, excellent customer service!!! Bye bye Office Depot...

I myself felt discriminated against today and I sure the lady there did as well. The man working in the print department was skipping the women in line to help the men. While patiently waiting my turn I went ahead and sent the label to the email required for them to print my copy. The only thing they had to do when it was my turn was simply go to to the computer click and press print. I had my payment ready in hand. Instead of doing this and getting me on my way so they could help other customers who needed more complicated and time consuming things done he asked me what I needed and after realizing I had already sent my label and it was ready to print he decided to help the men behind me and left me standing there for over 20 mins. I have worked in customer service in the past and this would have never been acceptable. Rude. Bad time management skills. I watched him do the same thing to the other female in line.    Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Paypal /refund platform is terrible. They will take your money and not give you a refund. I purchased a small amount of office supplies for approximately 63 dollars on January 3, 2020. The balance came out of my paypal account that day; when I arrived at the store I was told that the transaction was "not approved" despite the money that left my Paypal account. I offered to show the manager the money that come out of my Paypal account. I then decided to pay with a another method which was cash while was in the store. I was told by a store manager -James that I would receive my money between 1-2 business days but not longer than a week. It is now January 26th and have yet to receive a refund to my Paypal account. Unfortunately, Paypal was unable to refund the amount as it was still "pending" on Office Depot side. No one in the store could help me and they seemed unconcerned. Finally, my claim was escalated to the corporate office and will be resolved this week and have been assured I will receive a refund.
