Nichols P: Manager extraordinaire!! He made sure my husband and I had our food EXACTLY the way we wanted it. Even though I was getting it to go, when Nick found out how far I had to drive to get our dinner home for date night, he went above and beyond to make sure our burger and fries were going to be as fresh and delicious as possible once I got home! I really appreciate the extra attention and effort he put into making our (rare) stay at-home-alone-together evening very special. He went so far as to put ALL of our toppings in two separate containers (my hot, grilled veggies vs the hubs cold, salady stuff) so that everything would stay fresh and crispy-yummy for the ride home... He even volunteered to cut our burger in half for us! He's got MAJOR customer service skills and is also very clearly a team player who excels in team leadership. Five Guys, you're lucky to have this guy. Keep him happy because I believe he will always strive to impress and wow your customers šššš Thanks again, Nicholas P!! Ā Ā Ā Read moresome of the worst service i have ever had! the gave us the wrong order, the order they gave us wasn't even correct. instead of calling us via the door-dash app to inform us and or the driver they went along with there business. we called once was put on hold only to be hung up on. we called a second time and was told to "please hold" proceeded to just set the phone down where we can hear them all talking in the background. as we stayed on hold we went up there. when the manager looked at the ticket he yelled out "ohhh i found where order 47 went" as the employ in the back says " yeah i figured that out 45 minutes ago". so we ask why didn't you call us? he turned his back and mumbled something under his breath we couldn't hear. he then asked the same employee if he still had our order. witch at this point was around i hour ago. implying he was going to give it to us, forcing us to reinstate that we wanted it remade. i haven't been in the kitchen since covid started but my 10 years of experience would tell me this establishment needs a...

I ordered a Bacon cheese burger and did not get bacon on the burger and the bun had been left in the microwave way too long b/c the edge of my bun was so hard you couldnāt even bit it. The meat was so dry and crumbly and no taste whatsoever. The other burger was a cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions. I found 3 mushroom than a few sautĆ©ed onions and again the bun was so hard around the edges that me and my fiancĆ© both had to just about eat the burgers with no buns and the meat was horrible. The fries were the only saving grace to this meal. It was not worth $50.04 (price of the food +tip+delivery fee). I could have had a steak dinner for 2...
