We love KFC and this location struggles finding help.There is always a wait to place your order and get your food. This time I thought I would place an order on line and not leave until it said it was ready. When I placed the order it said it would be ready in 5-15 minutes. I put a timer on my phone for 15 min and when the timer went off it said my order was still being prepared . No big deal I hit the timer for another 15 min and in 5 more minutes it said my order was ready. I left my house and by the time I got there 5 more minutes had lapsed. So total 25 minutes had lapsed since I placed my order. I walked in to the pick up counter where my order was suppose to be and it was empty. As usual the manager is busting his ass trying to make orders and give to customers. I quickly asked him in his passing about my order that said it was ready and held up my phone. He did not acknowledge me. The lady standing next to me was waiting on an order for inside and there were many people waiting to be helped. I patiently waited until he brought the lady next to me her food and asked again about my order and said I would not ask but it says it’s ready. He then asked my name and found my order and was going to make it when he made eye contact with the man waiting at the register and said sir I’m sorry let me get your order and he looked at me and said he had been waiting longer than I had placed my order. I sincerely doubt that but none the less I just waited. Within 5 minutes he had handed me my order without any words. I said thank you and I hope your evening gets better. He never said a word and never acknowledge me. I understand stressful moments and know he was under a lot of pressure but he could of at least acknowledge me and said thank you . By the time I placed my order and got it it was 45 minutes and I walked out feeling like I was a burden. I think it will be awhile before I revisit this location. Read moreI went to this restaurant today and I must say I was very disappointed in the service and the food! I walked into the lobby it was like a ghost town people saw me standing at the front but never acknowledged me so I stood there for another 10 minutes and decided I would try to drive through. When I got to the drive-thru I waited another 5 minutes to be taken care of and finally I place my order only to be told I needed to pull up and wait for my food now mind you there was no one in the Drive-Thru. I waited 15 minutes for my food which means I had already spent 30 minutes just trying to get some chicken! I ordered the three piece dunk it combo and I'm very surprised I did not break my teeth on the chicken tenders that I received they looked like they were several days old so obviously I did not eat them the only thing decent in my combo was the mashpops so that was a bust! My husband ordered the three piece all white extra crunchy combo and the only thing decent was the mashed potatoes! There was no biscuit and the coleslaw tasted like it was soured! So basically for dinner I had the mash pops and he had the mashed potatoes after spending $22.20! I really believe this restaurant needs to have a Mystery Diner and definitely some improvements need to be made for quality and customer service! Also as I was walking into the restaurant two of the employees were fighting right at the front door I had to squeeze around them to get inside very professional! Read moreI arrived at this location 20 minutes before closing we just barely made it into town to here the drive through speaker chime and say I’m sorry this store is closed please come back during business hours I double checked my phone and was upset that they were trying to close early so I drove around and went inside the cashier had a rude look on her face looked at the time on the register and huffed I said it’s not 10 yet it’s 20 till she popped off that she wasn’t looking at the time very rudely then I started to look at the menu to make sure I was ordering the right items she then proceeded to tell me that they only had wings a few tenders and some sides I asked if they could cook fresh that I didn’t mind waiting she repeated what they had and the manager spoke up and said that they had some legs in crispy so I called my husband to see what he wanted me to do and I told him I didn’t want to eat old heat lamp dried out wings or anything else because I was not about to spend 40 dollars on food that should be free he said to leave I told him I would and that I was going to call corporate as I’m saying this the manager finally offered to drop some chicken if I would like the door states that drive through and lobby are open until 10 pm so there was no excuse for any of this especially the attitude and yes the manager was close the entire time but would never talk to me just the young lady at the counter with the attitude this place needs to be revamped and retrained this should have...
