Horrible experience!

I walked in at 5:30 and asked for a 1 hour massage. She told me it would be 15 minutes so just go into a room and wait...and I did. The massage started at 5:45 and at 6:10 she told me I had 10 minutes left. I told her I paid for an hour and the massage just started at 5:45.

So she says “how about half-hour since it’s busy.” I said “fine” but was upset about it. She then cuts the massage 5 minutes after she said 10 minutes left. She then tried to keep the entire $50 that I paid for the hour! I told her I wanted the difference back and she said “no tip?” I said no. What should have been $50 for an hour turned into $40 for a half-hour which I was not happy about. I will NOT be back.

I almost forgot to mention that she left the room 3 times to answer customers that came in. Ridiculous!

I booked the 90-minute combination massage with a 30-minute facial, and Kelly was phenomenal.

Her technique was flawless, she intuitively adjusted pressure throughout, finding and working out tension points without ever losing rhythm. The flow between modalities was seamless, and she maintained perfect balance between therapeutic depth and relaxation. The facial was a great finishing touch - cleansing, hydrating, and left my skin glowing.

The room was private, quiet, and spotless, with calming music and just the right temperature. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
