I have never had a bad experience at a Chili’s restaurant. They are all very consistent. Good food, friendly servers, and good service. This was how our visit at this Chili’s started. This rating is only specific to my experience at this location. Our server Shawn was awesome! Super friendly and attentive, even till the end (as we were heading out the door). During our meal, my husband commented that the fajitas at this location were the best compared to all the Chili’s locations we’ve gone to. Our visit quickly took a turn at the end before paying our bill. I’m absolutely shocked by the professionalism of the manager on duty on 9/12/23 at around 4pm. She handled the situation terribly and clearly needs additional training. Especially on customer service. At checkout, we decided to use our gift cards, that were gifted to us, towards our bill. We tried making the payment on the tablet and it didn’t going through. I called the number on the back of the cards which stated there was $50 on each gift card. We called Shawn over to communicate the issue. She took the gift cards and after some time, the manager comes to our table with the cards. We told her that she could call the number on the back of the cards to verify the amounts. We communicate with her that we called and that each card has $50 on them. She takes the cards again. This time, she comes back with a loud voice so that the whole dining area can hear the issue we are having. She LOUDLY states that there is no money on the cards. She didn’t even bother calling. This was absolutely embarrassing and insulting as she made it seem like we didn’t have the money to pay for the bill. Pure unprofessionalism and she didn’t even realize what she did wrong. We didn’t get a normal response. Not a “sorry we tried but the cards aren’t working”. Simple. We would have understood. This would be a NORMAL way to handling this situation. Not coming out yelling (SO EVERYONE CAN HEAR) that there is no money on the cards. We were so embarrassed we just wanted to leave. We told her not to worry about it and that we would pay with our debit card. We have the money unlike she made it seem. Just thought we could utilize the gift cards we were gifted. On our way out, we had Shawn apologizing and offering for us to take a molten home for the inconvenience. Obviously everyone else realized how unprofessional her actions were and how poorly she handled this situation. Get her trained to better her...

Whether you're in the mood for a hearty burger, some delicious fajitas, or a refreshing salad, Chili's has something for everyone.
One thing that stands out about Chili's is their commitment to quality ingredients. Every dish is made from fresh, high-quality ingredients that are cooked to perfection. You can taste the difference in every bite.
The menu is extensive and offers a wide range of options to suit any taste. The appetizers are a must-try, especially the Loaded Boneless Wings and the Classic Nachos. For the main course, I highly recommend the Smokehouse Combo, which comes with ribs, chicken, and sausage. The steak fajitas are also a popular choice and are cooked to perfection.
In addition to the food, Chili's also offers a great selection of drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails. The Margaritas are a particular highlight and are available in a range of flavors.
The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating options for large groups or intimate dinners. The decor is tasteful and modern, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Read moreI haven’t been to chilis in a minute and boy did they update their menu! I was very surprised when my mother in law (who is super picky) decided she wanted to come here for her birthday.
Danielle was our server and she was on top of it! Hubby ordered their smokehouse combo, I ordered their chicken ranch quesadilla, mother in law ordered their fajitas, and my son got their pizza. Something about their pizza that my 4 year old ate the ENTIRE thing! He usually never finishes his meal but I guess this pizza was goooood!
All the portions were a decent size so we had tons of leftovers. I had gotten their white queso with my appetizer and I am going to say that it was the tables favorite! We would definitely come back just for that! The ribs from my husbands plate was yummy! He said that his quesadilla was a bit spicy and I had to try and see and OH MY! Whatever was in there had a kick to it! My quesadilla was really good and so filling! My mother in laws fajitas looked super delicious also!
I need a separate paragraph for their chicken crispers. I thought they were regular chicken strips (odd to be on a smokehouse combo…) Hubby told me to take a bite cause it was super juicy. I was a little skeptical…. But let me tell you! I was amazed at how crispy and house juicy the chicken was! I must say it was impressive!
But let’s get to the important party… the dessert! We got their chocolate molten cake and I think we ate the entire thing within 5 mins!! It...
