We went in with a lady and child waiting; I told the female at the counter it's my first time there so we're looking and we ordered and had to change one of the drinks; the female at the counter seemed irritated that she had to walk a few steps to tell a lady about the change.

Others came in and the female still had the same attitude (like what is up with the attitude!?). We left and got back to the house and we received a wrong drink, so we went back. They didn't make the drink right just gave the drink and Boba in a cup for us to add the Boba. I guess that's how they do when they make a mistake instead of fixing the drink and doing it right; they give a cup of Boba to add to a drink that we paid for earlier. As others have mentioned in recent reviews, I too have witnessed something very disturbing at this location. The store manager, by the name of DANNY, absolutely scolded and reprimanded his young employees as they worked. Not that any reason would justify his actions, but these young employees were working very hard and did not in any way merit the atrocious comments and attitudes that fell upon them from their unworthy superior, whom, was seemingly under the influence of some foreign agent. The guests in line with me were all also shocked by his yelling, and several of them left. How this character landed this position is beyond comprehension. Hands down, best boba place in the area! Very happy when we found out they opened near us. They have an extensive boba drink menu and some non-boba beverages as well. They have fruit bowls and desserts to die for. I love French macarons. They have really good ones. They also have amazing crepe cakes and cheesecakes, too. Give them a try. Save some time by going online and ordering ahead. Their store is tiny, so there isn't a lot of space to mill around waiting for your order. Their prices are decent.
