Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fontana

I mean first of all whoever the dyed hair girl worker was that ordered my food you are beautiful as heck can’t even lie but second of all food was immaculate I mean got given the wrong order and tasted different but was hungry so i literally started eating it didn’t notice until the worker told me that she gave me the other customers order but it was fine cause it was basically the same sub just different vegetables but they corrected there order and made me my large sub that I ordered but I did get flabbergasted cause I thought I was just gonna get the other half but they made a whole new large sub for which was almost too beautiful and perfect but felt bad though cause I mean I’m usually not in these situations and hardly want to correct them but they made it no trouble and just gave me my sub so yes appreciate to the workers and whoever that worker was that ordered my food your beautiful but yes great food but alright review done ~...

I ordered online and my sandwich wasn't ready on time. I understood, though. It was lunch time and the store was busy working on other online orders. What caught my attention was that there were about 4 employees working at the counter and no customers inside (except me) and they didn't even acknowledge me when I came in and when I was standing in front of the cash register.

I don't want to blame the employees too much. However, maybe they don't have high standards for customer service at this Jersey Mike's or management is not doing their job. I'm so used to the great service of Subway and Starbucks.

the sandwich was amazing this time I got the chicken bacon ranch which is about 20 bucks but it comes with applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato American white cheese and ranch dressing the calories are 1,750.

the atmosphere is ambianic and nice mountain views tucked away in its own little corner of East fontana, the soda machine was packed up ready and had decent blend of syrup and carbonation, all your favorites Pepsi diet Pepsi mountain dew Sierra mist brisk iced tea raspberry pink lemonade stubborn agave vanilla cream soda and stubborn classic Root beer soda.
