Good night, today I had the worst of my experiences in this macdonals.In my family we decide to had 2 separate orders they paid separately it was raining and in order not to waste time we decided to order by mobile order at the moment I placed the order of 40 pieces of chicken nuggets they asked me what sauce I wanted and I put mighty sauce when I got to the restaurant I pushed im in the place and I chose the option to pick up by drive through when I got to the drive through a man asked me what you want to order I told him I had 2 mobile orders and instead of asking me for the code of my orders and simply putting it in the computer he started and ask me questions like what you order?what kind of food you order.? OMG And I told I have the codes. HE told me to go to the window, I Come in and another girl attended me and I gave her my codes and SHE put them on the computer. She gave me ONE order in the moment and he told me you can stop forward I told HER this is fine, AND GO AND PARK MY CAR WAITING. 20 to 25 minutes waiting and I watched a car pass another and another and my order nothing I waiting with my family in the car WAS RAINING And my order did not appear until I decided to get out of my car, I went in MCDONALD'S AND asked a woman who works there, sorry, I have more than 25 minuses waiting for my order, they told me to wait FOR MY ORDER and they would not take it to me, and she wanted to take me out of the restaurant, she said no YOU DON'T HAS NOTHING to be here I told her.IM HERE BECAUSE I NEED MY ORDER it's raining and I have my family in the car, please give me the number of your employer and she said there is on the receipt I said very well and I left and in 10 minutes she arrived and I told hER I want to talk to your manager he told me I am the manager and when I checked my order I missed my daughter's drink and I made her know .ask her for her name she turned away and left ..at that moment when she left i Checked my food bags no ketchup. no BB no sauces that I asked for anything ... later she arrived again with a drink when she arrived I said sorry you did not put me sauces .she had an attitude she told me ok and left. she was very rude if I am not asking for anything I am paying for my food .at the end the food was cold the sauce was not the one I asked for .they just put the food like what ever in the bags very bad staff.no responsible people work there no experience how to treat the customers đ...
   Read moreThis has to be the WORST McDonaldâs ever. We placed a order via the mobile app, we chose curbside pickup , we were charged $23.03 for our mobile app order number VB47, then the app advised us we can to go to the counter .
We went to the counter and the cashier didnât know anything about the order so she called the shift leader. The shift leader found the order and advised me that I had to pay $25.89 for the order, I advised her and showed her my bank notification that the order was already paid for and charged to my bank , so she called the store manager
So after waiting about 15 minutes store manager Melissa shows up and tells me that I have to pay for the order if we want the order. By this time the order is ready and on the counter but they wouldnât give it to me because they stated that Melissa had to approve to give it to me . I fought with Melissa back and forth and she stated she didnât confirm my order and she was going to void it and I needed to pay the $25.89. I advised her I needed to talk to her higher up and she said she was running the show and her decision was final . Melissa refused to give me the Corporate Number and franchise owner number to file a complaint. She then grabbed the order from the counter and threw it in the back yelling this will not be needed anymore . I googled corporates phone number and advised them what was going on and they were able to cancel my mobile app, give me a refund and provide me with free meal coupons.
I know itâs Macdonaldâs my review wonât do any good , but this was the worst experience ever and the franchise owner should really look at who they hire to...
   Read moreThis place is too much and I'm only going to focus on this; the drive-thru we ordered double cheeseburgers with large fries not paying attention to our order we get home well they gave us a large fry container but there was a quarter of fries inside of the container as a kids meal fry would be and, the double cheeseburger we ordered, they were little hamburgers, kids meal. The most frustrating part of it all is the price that we paid in the distance we travel. I wonder how many other people they're burning, or should I say cheating. They're saying goes they don't cook it until you order it so when you order your meal you get to the first window and you pay for it well after it's paid for then the order is official there's no way to mix that up. It's funny Joe pesci made a statement in lethal weapon 2 while they were going through the drive-thru about his order that is so true. I would hope that everybody who gets their order wrong or get shorted would write a statement and complain. I don't want anything back from them I just won't never come back the funny thing is funny meaning strange, most people are creatures of habit they'll keep coming back I look at it like this that's throwing your money away if you pay for something you should get what you pay for.
