It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Forest City

I arrived at the time requested and pulled into a to go spot letting them know I’m there. After waiting 15 minutes I try to call. I’m told to wait in my car and someone would be out. I push the button to be connected with a person and the phone rings without being answered at least 20 times. I finally go inside and find my food sitting on some shelves cold. Somehow I was supposed to know that I had to come in to get my food. I show them the information on the web site and the confirmation email saying I was to wait in the to go spot. Finally they got a manager but he proceeds to tell me the same thing. The only offer ti calm me down was for them to remake the food. It’s already an hour after I ordered and they want me to sit and wait some more. I asked for a refund/discount and that...

I was pretty disappointed in this place first off I came to pick up my wings checked into ny spot and waited outside forever…… after waiting over 30 minutes I went inside to find my food sitting there on shelf and staff just sitting around. I told the guy how long I’d been waiting and he just didn’t even acknowledge me and threw my bag at me. I took my food back to the hotel and it was all thrown in the box on top each other curly fries burnt and soggy with wing sauce cover all over them. I was not given any silverware or even a straw for my drink that wasn’t even the right drink I ordered. The only thing half decent was the wings however the sauce was not on my wings but more on my fries. I’m not a picky person but I was very disappointed with the service I was given and the quality...

This was my first experience. I ordered the 22 pieces of Mango habanero and buffalo.

Service was impeccable! Once I arrived at Chili's. There was someone at the door, and once I told him my name, My order was immediately brought to me once I parked.

As for the food;

The curly Fries and wings were soggy.

However, Like all things fried, it probably would have been better to eat them immediately, rather than to save them until I got home.

The Mango wings barely had any sauce and were vaguely spicy.

The buffalo wings were better but... it was almost as though the sauce was poured on the bottom.

Final thought...check and eat food before leaving.

I haven't given up on It's Just Wings yet, I'll try them in my car...
