Pelican's SnoBalls & Ice Cream — Restaurant in Forest City

Wanted start by saying most of the ladies do really good,they make sure to give your money's worth the way the icee should be I'm come almost every other day but my experience which no longer stop if she is working..she's so non verbal..makes the worse icee,also given 6$ for cup ice is way it is when she is working. I absolutely love the snoballs from Pelicans! But I do detest having to argue with the staff over putting the "snoball" on my to go order! I have eaten at Pelican's in Asheville NC very often. I have ate at the ones in Greenville and Spartanburg! I come to Forest City a lot as my daughter lives here. They always put the snoball on top!
