One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had. Placed an online order and was told it would be about 45 mins to an hour. The tracker told me my food was on the way and then that it had been delivered however I had not received my delivery so after quite some time of trying to call the store I finally got through. Apparently my order had been cleared out or something because they couldn’t reach me. I guess my account had my old phone number on it and they couldn’t reach me to tell me the wait time had been extended so they cancelled my order, which is understandable. The lady on the phone told me that they would make the order and have it to me in 30 mins to 1 hour. Hour and half goes by with nothing so I call the store again and ask to speak to the manager. I explain the situation to him, he blames me for what went wrong, I acknowledge that the initial issue was my fault however it had been cleared up and I just want to know where my food is. He continues to speak over me and give me excuse after excuse while never giving me a clear answer as to where my food is. It had been 3 hours since I had placed my original order and I was incredibly frustrated at this point so I wasn’t speaking as polite as I usually do, so the manager that I was speaking to decided that the best way to make things better was to tell me that this wasn’t his fault and he would not send his driver to me because I was rude and then he proceeded to hangup on me. I called back, spoke to a gentlemen who informed me that the manager had just stepped out which I find insane that a manager would leave a store when they’re clearly backed up, he also told me that they had no more delivery drivers for the night and I could come pick up my order if I wanted to (I can’t because I’m at work). I asked him for the managers name but he said there were multiple managers there and he wasn’t sure who I talked to which is also weird considering he told me that the manager I had just spoken to had stepped out. Regardless of what happened, this was absolutely insane and the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. Read moreHad a TERRIBLE experience with Dominos!!! I usually argue with people that Dominos has the best flavor. But timing is important when coming to deliver. I ordered pizza for my office at 11:29am, and it was delivered at 12:45pm. It states that Dominos will be approximately 25-35 minutes. NOT OVER AN HOUR!!! Especially when staff only has allotted amount of time for lunch. Some take their break from 11:30-12:30. Guess they don't get to eat today since Dominos missed their approximate delivery time frame. Also, when I called back right after the order was place on line to 3201 Forest Hill Cir Fort Worth , TX Location, I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back. Then they answered. I asked for some ranch he said no problem. That was it. When the deliver guy FINALLY made it 12:45 he asked for extra money after I paid card online. I asked couldn't he just charge the card, the person didn't tell me it was extra or that I needed cash? He said no, so I had to rummage up some cash to pay. Not only was the dominos delivery guy lost and late (since he had to call me and get directions) he wanted me to pay cash when it should be out of Dominos pocket. They didn't tell me how much it would be on the phone. They didn't tell me it would cost extra in cash. Then we called to complain to the store, the manager said there was very busy today making 100 pizzas and there is nothing he can do about it. He doesn't want his driver to rush, and they are not allowed to comp anything anymore. We asked for a district managers number, or owner. He said hold on. The phone hung up. Now, it could have been an honest mistake (yeah right)... but we had to call back, be on the phone for 5 minutes with it ringing. He answered and just gave a number. No urge to correct the issue. How can you NOT comp something when there is a mistake? Why, when a bunch of orders come in, online system doesn't state 45-1hour instead of LYING about "approximately" 25-35. Just a bait and switch if you ask me. If, and that's a big IF, I ever use Dominos, I will surely use cash, and if they screw up I will say we don't want the pizza and make the store pay for it or give it to someone in need since they can not comp anything anymore! Read moreUsually we don't have too many issues with this location. Just the typical small mistakes that can happen from time to time. However, tonight's experience was absolutely horrible and inexcusable. We ordered delivery at 9:06pm. We were told 65-75 minutes to get our food. Our food was done cooking, checked for quality and ready to be delivered according to the tracker at 9:24pm. We periodically checked the tracker after that time waiting to see when it would be delivered. At 10:24, we noticed the delivery driver was leaving the location. At that time, they were already past the guaranteed delivery time. But we gave them the shadow of a doubt and figured that business just got slammed, even though after an hour of the food sitting and waiting to be delivered we knew it would already be cold. 10:45pm came and at this point we are frustrated and start to call the location for answers. Another 20-25 minutes of calling and waiting for someone to pick up the phone or get our delivery, still nothing. At this point, it was 11:10pm, still no food, no one answering, and I'm so pissed I drove up to the location for answers and my food. When I got there, all I got was the typical "sorry, we'll remake it if you'll wait" response. They refunded the bill and threw in cinnasticks to make up for it, but not without attitude.
