Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Forest Hill

I was completely let down by this Fort Worth location. I was the solitary customer inside and I was never recognized by anybody upon my entrance. The courteous fellow was supporting his partner with work related issues at this point, at this point subsequently he advanced toward the sales register and took a gander at me vacantly. I shared a decent evening, and put in my request. This specific area has the 2 tacos for $.99 versus different areas in the metroplex which offers similar 2 tacos for$1.29. I request my 4 normal tacos, the man of his word was sufficiently caring to explain my request, "you might want 2 sets of our $.99 tacos?" I answered with a yes. After what gave off an impression of being 5 to 7 minutes, my tacos showed up. I said thanks to the noble man and left the café to appreciate the tacos in my vehicle. I snatched the main taco, I'm seeing there is no warmth coming from the taco. Don't worry about it, these tacos are newly seared after requesting so no big deal. I gave God a debt of gratitude is in order for my tasty feast that I was going to obliterate, I cycle into a luke warm taco. A few group possibly alright with this, however not me. I appreciate gnawing into a hot, over handled taco, where the meat result trickles onto your garments. I was not a cheerful...

Went at around 11:45 PM. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. The chicken was hard on all of them and very dry no mayo on any of the sandwiches either. Was told the straws were in the bag and that was my bad to trust them as I didn't double check and down the road we realized no straws. Their menu is cool and displays the order and total very large after you order so that earned them the extra star. Lol. So I'm updating my review.. it has been a few weeks since I last visited this location. I pulled up at 2:30 PM. There was 1 vehicle ahead of me and they were already at the window when I ordered my egg roll and milkshake. I pull forward and we sit there for 10 minutes before the person ahead of us is served their 1 bag order. We pull up and they had no idea what we ordered as if it didn't get put in. So they start making it since the lady tells them the order verbally and hands me the milkshake. We then sit there for another 12 minutes and the lady disappears the entire time she hasn't returned my debit card. Finally she hands out the egg roll out and starts to shut the window when I say.. hey wait my card! I'm not sure where she pulls it from at this point but she gave it back. I will DEFINITELY be watching my account for fraud. I will never go to this location ever again....

This is literally the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to the manager was completely disgusting and rude.. they had me wait for my order outside which was totally fine.... Mistakes happen . they gave the order to someone else... Then they tried to give me the food that was in a stranger's car ....to me that's... completely unsafe !!!!!!and you don't know what people put in food 😫 I was really upset about that.... but still remain respectful .....I went back into the restaurant and the manager didn't even ask me..... why I wanted a refund..... I had to bring in my special needs kid ....and I forgot to bring my drink in.... that was in the car ...The first thing the manger said.....was...where's my drink at?..... I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism and concern .. of the Manager. .....you don't give a person their order..... that a stranger already drove off with ..... but management should be way more professional and inform their workers that once you give somebody else's order away by mistake .... And then that customer returns and gives you back the order... You don't then turn around and try to reserve that to the other customer. You could endangering them. What if that other customer would have put something...
