McDonald's — Restaurant in Forest Hill

I came to this McDonald’s for years but today was the worst experience ever. Tried to order though the app and conveniently my card was charged 2x but the order didn’t go through. The near by location were closed so I decided to stop by. I asked the lady at the drive thru what would happen to my money she said I would get a refund. Claimed the mobile order was down (conveniently always is down at this location at night). But whatever, I had my order in my hand so I gave it to her. She read it back completely wrong. I corrected her and and mentioned that she didnt get my cookies. I said everything under the sun to mention those cookie, called them cookies, cookie tote, box of cookies, 13 cookies and the lady couldn’t understand me. She finally said oh the 13 cookies I said yes! Since she was way off the first time with my order, I asked her to repeat my order one more time. She pretty much refused. She told me she had already repeated it to me once. I said again, can you repeat my order and she finally did. Keep in mind this entire time I was being nice. Even after her refusing to repeat my order. The cherry on top is when I went to the drive thru window. The lady who took my order was running her mouth about me with her coworker all loud so I could hear her. Wasn’t giving a receipt and had to ask for one. The receipt says someone by the name of Sidel took my order I didn’t even bother asking for her name because she was already hostile. Even then I didn’t speak up cause I could tell nothing would come of it and I didn’t want to argue with the ignorant lady. When she was talking about me she was saying we shouldn’t order if we don’t know what we want. Excuse me? I had the list in my hand from my mobile order. How was i not prepared? It’s not my fault she doesn’t know how to take orders? Y’all should move her to the back to flip...

This is A horrible place to work even get food. The store manager is horrible has an awful nasty attitude along with her sidekick manager Kay. they allow kids under the age of six to run behind the counters. They allow kids to run around topless. They have moles in their frappe machines in their icing machines. They allow employees to work while they’re under the weather and I do mean SICK BADLY. They allow their cooks to prep food barehanded without hair nets. They allow their managers to threaten the customers life in front of their family, and the managers are right there condoning every bit of it. I was fired for no reason because that’s what the store manager said she said she has every reason to fire me due to the fact that I asked for the area manager number, she told me She is the one that hired me so she told me to do what She told me to do after me being off the schedule for a whole week due to her having 10. Children on the clock, including her child playing Riding on the clock. She allows people to work behind the counter in plain clothes with non-slip resistant shoes She does not handle what she supposed to handle when you called and ask serious questions. She passed the phone over to someone that is not a manager. I called about my schedule at the beginning of the week was promised to hear from a manager. It took four days for me to hear from my manager and I Had to reach out I HAVE VIDEOS…....

Ouhhhhh don’t get me started with this McDonalds very unprofessional your food is always gon be cold I even tried to see if they was going to have a good day at sum points but nope very trash. the managers are verrrryyy rude. They don’t care about food safety. Last week I went to get my kids some cookies mind you it was a cookie tote, isn’t a tote supposed to be straight out the oven? isn’t the cookies suppose to have a expiration date? well nope I went back in the drive thru asked for them to be fresh they made me pull ahead but before that they took the cookies back mind you I touched them I grabbed one knocked it with my hand cus they were just tooo hard i knew I wasn’t tripping it’s like they had them sitting out for the whole day. They ended up taking the cookies when I asked for them to be fresh made me pull ahead waited 10 minutes just for a black manger to come back with my refund look like they took them cookies & gave it to the next customer just trifling the manager straight up told me they don’t make fresh cookies what they have is what customers get I feel bad for whoever that cookie went to cus ew my hands...
