I don't know where to start here. We waited in line for FORTY MINUTES at 6pm on a Saturday. All I wanted was the new strawberry funnel cake frap and an unicorn cake pop. After the 40 min wait we finally pulled up to the menu board to order. There were no signs indicating anything was wrong. I ordered the strawberry funnelcake frap and I hear "oh we can't make that here" followed by some mumbling. Let me tell you, on the multiple signs they had with menu items, they all had the frap pictured and listed, and it was the ONLY reason I waited so long. They could have qt least marked it out or put a sign over the listing to indicate to customers they don't have it like many other starbucks with decent customer service so us consumers don't waste our time. My boyfriend ordered his drink and then we asked for an unicorn cake pop She said she only had unicorn and chocolate so we reiterated unicorn. Fast forward 10 minutes to us getting to the window. That's right, we've been in line FIFTY 5 0 minutes at this point and can't even get the main item we went there for. We pull up to the window and get told they no longer have the unicorn cake pop, just the chocolate, after listing the unicorn as one of the 2 they have. Read moreI would like to preface this by saying that my previous experience with this location has been satisfactory. On January 11, 2025 at 1:15pm, I placed a mobile order and received a notification that my order would be ready by 1:21. At 1:22, I received a notification that it was ready to go. I waited at the counter for 8 minutes and checked in with the barista about the status of my order. They had not even started making my order. At that point, I said I will be late for my appointment so I asked for a refund. The manager on shift asked me to scan my app and then I went on my way. The following day, I checked if the refund was issued but saw that it was not. I not only paid for a product I did not receive, I was also late for my scheduled appointment. Frustrated, I reached out to a live agent via the customer service website and finally received the refund. I was informed that for future reference, the mobile app may not be used to issue refunds. It seems that there is additional training needed for the staff at this location. A physical card should have been given to me to remedy the situation. Because of the way the transaction was handled, the barista's general demeanor (aloof and unapologetic), and the manager's manner of issuing a refund, I will not be returning to this...
Read moreI never leave reviews but I’m really upset at the service of this particular store. I frequent Starbucks probably about once a day, and since this was the nearest one to my destination I figured I would stop in and get some coffee.
First off, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which doesn’t matter but it adds to the experience. Second was the bathrooms were really dirty and anywhere you stepped, it was sticky. I refused to go. When I got my drink, which was a grande in a venti with some extra ice, I had about 3 inches of nothing in the cup which upset me even more. When I asked about how long my panini would take, I was ignored as the staff continued to talk amongst themselves and laugh at some jokes. I believe a few jokes were even directed to customers which is unprofessional at any level.
I don’t recommend this store because of the staff’s behavior and the condition of the store.
The one great thing was the front person, I believe her name is Catherine. She was attentive to my order and asked me specifics about what I wanted and she apologized for when my panini took longer than it should have.
