This is by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had & I’m only making a review so hopefully it gets the owner attention. I walked in at 5:11 & placed an order. I waited 45-55 mins because of severe understaffing. It was confusing what exactly was going on but basically the workers walked out of the store and left the cashier (who was an older woman) alone in the store with all the customers and pending orders. She started to freak out and get frustrated which I get however you’re still at work. Other workers slowly came in, with no sense of urgency, besides one lady, and started helping her but it was super ridiculous the lack of customer service I & other patrons received today. To the owner, please fire most if not all of your staff besides the cashier & the female cook who actually helped the other staff get on the same page to get extremely patient customers their food after 40+ mins (which was not even hot food by the way!!). It’s sad because this place literally just opened and I will never be back...
Read moreHad a horrible experience, walked in and the manager was sitting texting a long paragraph on her phone, literally stood there and watched her and decided to greet myself at that point. She responded seconds later and called an employee from the back to take my order....
Employee was obviously new and not trained at all, not to mention manager wasn't too interested in helping her either.
Got my food and checked it, ordered voodoo fries and instead got regular fries. Check your orders!! They apologized and was in the process to make it when another lady came in and the manager decided that the order I got wasn't my right order (and it was) they just forgot the fries. Manager confused everybody and completely messed up the order.
I asked for a refund and even then it seemed like they don't know how to do a refund as it took around 5 minutes of them playing with the system.

I asked if a manager was there she says yes but doesn't go get the manager.... I've been a DM in the food industry for over 15 years telling a guest they can't taste something is just crazy. I buy from here all the time and wanted to change up my flavor... it cost you nothing to let someone taste and might actually win you a guest or make me spend more money if I like it. . With the looks of these reviews you need to be trying to make guest happy and not playing while guest waiting forever for their food. And if a guest ask for a manager go get them. It's time to teach these kids guest service because it's obvious they don't have it... if this was the first incident here I wouldn't be mad but it's not.... I won't...
