Where I am: @smoothiekingforestville . Location Reviewed: 3550 Donell Drive, Forestville M.D. . Items Reviewed: STAMP!! Their Angel Food Slim Smoothie ($11.99 for a 44oz smoothie with strawberries, bananas, pear juice, protein, & setiva plant based sweetener). It got me full, it’s super tasty, & a healthier sweet!!
STAMP!! Their Veggie Blend Smoothie ($10.29 for a 32 oz smoothie with lemon, ginger, & spinach). My son had this, STAMPED it, & said it was sweetened!!
STAMP!! Their Yogurt D-Lite Pumpkin Smoothie ($ a 20 oz smoothie with pumpkin spices, protein, & setiva plant based sweetener). My daughter loved this (she loves all things pumpkin spiced)!! I did dip into it, & yeah it taste like pumpkin pie!! STAMP!!

My first complaint is the drive thru isn’t functional, although a good idea it’s a logistical nightmare for customers and employees. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru,I decided to go in thinking it would be quicker only to find 2.. 2 whole people working. One person operating the drive thru order and orders for customers walking in and one person making smoothie for EVERYONE! Also, I noticed that the person working the drive through has to come back to front to swipe if someone has a credit card because there doesn’t appear to be a point to pay system installed at the drive through. There needs to be more employees working 2 people making smoothies, 1 at the front for walk in customers and another at the drive thru or at least 3 and one person floats between walkins and making smoothies. Also, when walking in I noticed that the music was LOUD and playing offensive cuss words, it’s Smoothie King.. not 11am at a Hooka Bar people bring their kids in here and I didn’t appreciate my 5 years hearing most of it.The poor girl who was working both the drive thru orders and the front was frustrated going back and forth she basically forgot we were there. His entire demeanor is disgusting. When I brought my concerns to his attention; he continually cut me off and was excessively rude. That tells you enough in itself, a few of the staff members are ghetto and rude as well. Perhaps why there was no bust when I entered in the store? Unfortunately they built this with a bad crew, and bad mentality. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.
