Dear Management,
I am writing to formally address a disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to your Forney location. On March 8, 2025, my family and I placed an order for five meals, which we did not inspect before leaving the restaurant, trusting that the order would be correct. Upon arriving at our destination, we discovered that two of the meals were incorrect.
We immediately contacted your location and spoke with an employee named Payton. We politely explained the issue and provided the receipt as requested. However, after being placed on hold for approximately seven minutes, we were met with an unprofessional and sarcastic tone that was uncalled for. Specifically, Payton questioned whether we were attempting to have the entire order replaced, which gave the impression that we were being dishonest. I clarified that we only sought replacement for the two incorrect meals.
To our further frustration, Payton instructed us to return to the restaurant with the incorrect meals. This request was not only an inconvenience, given the weather conditions, but also an unfair burden placed on us due to the error on your end. While I understand the need for certain procedures, the manner in which Payton handled the situation including her tone and the sarcastic comments was unprofessional and disrespectful.
I would also like to note that Payton mentioned she would need to escalate the issue to her supervisor, which I understand as part of your company policy. However, her delivery of this information lacked sincerity and did not reflect the high standards of customer service I have come to expect from Raising Cane’s.
We have been loyal customers of this location for some time and have always had positive experiences until now. It is unfortunate that this incident, along with the handling of our concern, has led to a negative impression of your business.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that future customers do not experience similar treatment. I trust that Raising Cane’s values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary actions to address this issue.

I’ve stopped through here a few times while driving through the area and always had issues.
Wait time is usually pretty lengthy . They do not fill your order with accuracy and the food quality is lackluster. It is not fresh and really not worth the time I waited. During this last stop, I ordered the Caniac combo, substitute the coleslaw for extra fries, and they gave me a less than a single serving of fries, even though it was supposed to be a double serving. I also asked for extra toast which I did not get. They charged me $.69 for 3 cups of water that I did not receive with my order, also.
Time is a factor for me as I am traveling through and did not have time to stop in to start my concerns because I have three sleeping babies in my car that I refuse to wake up because someone couldn’t do their job correctly. Since I was shorted food and beverages I have to take more time off of my trip and stop at another restaurant to buy more food to compensate for me not receiving my order as requested.
I will likely skip this location in the future because this location in particular is not worth me wasting my time. Please get it...

From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. They were slow to take my order, and when they finally did, they were rude and unhelpful. I had a few questions about the menu, but the cashier seemed annoyed and gave curt responses.
The wait time for my food was excessively long, and when it finally arrived, it was clear that my order had been sitting out for a while. The chicken was lukewarm and lacked the fresh taste I was expecting. To make matters worse, part of my order was incorrect, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they were unapologetic and reluctant to fix the mistake.
Overall, my experience at Raising Cane's Chicken was far from satisfactory. The poor customer service overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant...
