Torchy's Tacos — Restaurant in Forney

We made our first visit to Torchy's Tacos in Forney on 10/28/24. We weren't sure how the ordering process worked so we picked up a menu and sat at a table to see what we wanted to order. I guess the waitress could see that we were unsure of what to do and came to the table to offer assistance. She told us what to do but was more than happy to take our order after explaining several items on the menu. We hade three different tacos as well as chips and dip and they were absolutely perfect. I literally paid for a bowl of cilantro rice and beans this food is horrible it has no taste whatsoever omg ..My son bought the burritos it’s full of refried beans and rice no chicken and we paid for protein. Customers actually must come here for drinks and chips and dip and to watch the game everything else is disgusting 🤮 Try Chiloso Burritos and Bowls are hands down delicious or try Qdoba bowls they’re great! A week ago yesterday I walked into our local Torchy’s restaurant in Forney, Texas to place a catering order. I was introduced to one of the managers, Josh Aufmuth. Josh was very helpful and pleasant to work with as this was my very first time ever placing a catering order. My order was placed with ease. During the week, I realized I needed to add to my order. I emailed Josh and he responded immediately and was able to get my order updated. One hour and a half before pickup, I needed to add again and again, Josh was accommodating.
