Panda Express — Restaurant in Forsyth

We did a mobile order my daughter ran into go get it they threw a fit wanting to know the order number we did not have the order number because once you close the app out it didn't have it they told us it sent it in a text message I showed them the text message that did not have the order number now my name matched my app everything she had an attitude about it with my daughter then I went in because I went through the bag and I had ordered egg rolls 12 of them which is considered large on the app we only had two egg rolls in the bag so I went in handed them the two egg rolls the receipt and asked them if they saw anything that was wrong with the receipt so the lady behind the desk yells back at the cooks and says I need more egg rolls and she's like having a fit over there and they're like we needed an order number for the account because people come in and steal food I said I'm sorry that the app didn't give me no order number after I closed it out I said on top of it three seats straight up said large order of egg rolls and they gave me two then had an attitudeon the app I also put that they needed to put silverware in there soy sauce sweet and sour sauce and they had no forks in there at all I had five people in the car with no way to eat our food my daughter went back inside to go get forks and they said I could swear I put it in there no you didn't that's why we're in here they were very rude and inappropriate the lady that was running the register was inappropriate and disrespectful the Oriental lady that is in there which I'm thinking is a manager was very inappropriate very disrespectful wanted to argue with me about what I showed her I mean I even showed her the app I showed her the text message you can't even find it on your app saying oh pick up nothing nothing on there for you to look at I've spent so much money at this Panda Express and say opened and now I will...

I usually go into this location, but since it was downpour raining and I'm pretty damn pregnant, I figured I would just deal with the drive thru.

After a 15 minute wait in the drive thru line, it was my turn to order and asked for a bigger plate with chow mein, 2 servings of sweet fire chicken and super greens. My order didn't show up on the screen and I was told my price and to come around. Another 15 minutes of waiting and I finally get to the window. On the receipt they handed me said fried rice instead of chow mein. I asked the window person about this and they confirmed it is still supposed to be chow mein. Another 10ish minutes later and my order comes out. I do a quick check and it looked like they put chow mein instead of fried rice phew

I get home, start eating my food and start finding fried rice. Thinking wtf, I dug around a little bit and there was a whole heaping pile of fried rice under the chow mein.

Now, I don't mind there food and something like this wouldn't be an issue, but I don't like fried rice in the slightest. I didn't even ask for it and tried to confirm that I was still getting chow mein.

So did they straight up lie and try to cover it up? Did they really think I wanted both? idk but my prego self is mad enough to leave a complaint since I'm not gonna go waddling back and cry about it in person since I already started eating it.

Just gonna be disappointed and probably not go for a while...

Food was decent to delicious but service was the worst ever. Ice machine broken and all fountain drinks were flat (no carbonation). Informed store manager and after she came and sampled Diet Coke and root beer, she said they were fine. There was absolutely no foam in her cup of root beer and another patron standing next to me complained about the drinks as well.

Not a good response by management when she tried to persuade me that there was not an issue with the carbonation.

Styrofoam plates are smaller now and serving sizes were considerably less than what has been served in the past What used to cost me $23.00 a few years ago, now cost $32.00 and I’m getting less.

Seating area needed cleaning, especially after a young boy was permitted to climb all over benches because he didn’t want to eat and his parents were oblivious to what he was doing because they were on their phones.

Tonight, for the first time, I can honestly say that Panda was an overall disappointment. I hope this was an isolated experience because I’d hate to see Panda fade away like other restaurant...
