Taco Bell — Restaurant in Forsyth

Had the worst experience here tonight. I came with my family after taking them school shopping. We were all super hungry and craving taco bell. I ordered 4 boxes. Some of the items in each box had special requests. Anyways everything thing came bunch up on 2 trays with no makers or anything showing what was what and what was special. They could have at least put each person's in a separate box knowing that they are not all the same. Upon finding out what everything is by having to open everyone's stuff we realized that half of the order was made incorrectly. The first lady that took our order understood and said she would have it remade. Then another lady came from the back and said that she wanted the food back because she was only going to remake what was messed up. So I gave her the 7 messed up items. I clarified with that lady how my order should be and when she brought it back out she had me check it in front of her which I did and then I told her that my food was still incorrect. She stated to me that she clarified which I agreed that I did but it's still not right. She went back and a 3rd lady appeared and said " ma'am I made your food twice, your gonna have to pay for it again if you want it remade a 3rd time." (Mind you every messed up food item she took back.) At this point me and my family have been here 30 minutes and still haven't eaten. I told her why would I pay for a food I already paid for and never fully received. So she said she didn't have to serve me and said I can get my money back. And I did. The customer service was the poorest I'd ever seen in any restaurant ever!! Taco Bell is one of my favs but I will never return to this store And I will urge everyone not to go there and be treated like that. I was very polite about it until I was told I wouldn't be served because THEY couldn't fix THEIR mistakes....

August 2024 Edit: This location has been something else lately. Several visits in a row without a bad experience. So good that I'm going to Taco Bell more than I normally do.

2019: This location is pretty reliable.

August 2021 Edit: This location is still reliable, although ironically they're not open today. There is rarely ever a line and it moves quickly.

I saw a bad review recently about a mobile order. When you do a mobile order and choose to pick up through the drive thru, they don't start making your order until you arrive. If you choose pickup in store, it will be ready at the specified time. Don't complain they didn't have your order ready when you selected drive thru, then...

Nice Manager Mt Zion acted like I was crazy for wanting Next meal Free I got home with 4 burritos and only 4 hot sauces. I usually get 3 per item and she said I've never.rude on the phone I'm trying to be nice and get a Free meal for real. .. like I always get extra.. sauces One per item she says rudely.. was talking to the other workers that I wanted Free meal because I got the wrong sauce.. like it's coming from her pocket because now it's thirty minutes later and I haven't ate because I didn't receive right sauces it's to dry without sauce my dog will eat it I'll eat Wat I'd bought from the Walmart.. that's Why it should be Free because I'm not eating it so Next time should be...
