Honestly, I'm in shock of my experience tonight. I haven't had such a bad experience in a long time. Moving into a new place, running errands after work and needing a late meal, around 8:00. Ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. The window clerk was super friendly, but said they had to throw a new batch of chicken together. He asked me to pull around to the front (even though there wasn't anyone behind me). I asked if I needed to park anywhere special. He said "I've noted your vehicle type, we will find you." Then he handed me my drink and laughed saying "sorry, end of the barrel." I saw some foam, but I didn't think much of it. Minutes later, as I was waiting out front, I realized my drink was only half full because it was basically all foam. 20 minutes later, waiting in my car, still no food delivery. Tried calling first, no answer. Went inside and explained my situation. My issue appeared to be ignored for another 5 minutes. Got sideways looks from a couple of employees for those 5 mins. The gal that first assisted me finally said they were "behind" and my order would just "take a few more minutes." Two customers that walked in 10-15 minutes after my order was placed got their food first. They also were the only ones in the restaurant. Interesting. Finally, a gentleman in the back asked what I needed. I said, the order I placed 25 minutes ago. He was the first one who expressed any concern. He then communicated it to someone who looked like a manager. They were both apologetic. Offered me a free dessert, which I didn't care for, but the offer was appreciated. They had to ask me what I ordered. So clearly, the gal that said my order was being worked on didn't really follow up on the matter, as no one even knew my order at this point! As they got my food together, I discovered the window clerk didn't even ask me what I wanted for a side. I didn't see him behind the counter during this chaos. Did he just take my order and go home? So confused by this experience. Will not be returning. I remember good food at KFC growing up. It has taken a large nose dive- go elsewhere,...
Read moreThe manager in charge, refused to fix my order. She didn't even apologize for giving me the wrong order, in fact, she was rude and refused to provide the store manager name. This was to dine-in, I ordered 8 piece tender meal, a chicken sandwich with lettuce and no pickles. I noticed on my receipt that he put 8 pieces, so I Immediately clarified with him that I wanted the tenders. He said oh ok, and told the kitchen people. When I came back from the restroom (dirty), i noticed they gave us checking pieces, not the tenders. I took back the bucket right away and ask the person there to fix my order, the guy was taking it, but this girl "Manager" who said to be only 17yrs old,not sure why she needed to tell me her age, but anyways, she refused to fix my order. she told me that once I paid they couldn't fix my order, that I should have been clear with the cashier when giving my order. I told her that as soon as I noticed the order on the receipt, I clarified, I even approach the guy to confirm, but she got aggravated and told me Not to talk to him because he is new and he doesn't know. By the way, we could tell there was something wrong with him, because he seemed to be lost, or uncomfortable that I checked the receipt. I told her she wasn't making any sense because I was cleared, he made the mistake and he told them. Anyways, she refused to fix my order and to provide the name of the Store Mgr, she claimed to be the only person in charge everyday.
Basically I had to pay for another 8 chicken tenders $20 beside the already $38 for the chicken pieces that we didn't want. We took our food and ate in our car, and we realized that there was pickles in our sandwich, but at this point, no point on telling them about it because like she said" That would have been my fault" probably, pay for another sandwich. We just didn't eat it. I regret so badly taking my girls there, after having a great time at the movie theater.
I will dispute with my credit card company as this was not...

Funny story about this location. I show up at 7:35 at night, and all the doors are locked. As I walk around to check all the doors, I see 6 employees dancing around and joking behind the counter. I walk back to my car to tell another customer when an employee opens the door and says the lobby is closed and that we can use the drive through. Annoyed, I ask when their lobby closes. He tells me 8ish. So nearly a half hour before the time he tells me, their lobby is closed. Then, I enter the drive through. When I ask for the 8 piece chicken bucket, I am told they are out of chicken. What this tells me is that their employees at this location are lazy and not worth their pay. How are you out of chicken 2 hours and 15 minutes before you close. Seems like they wanted to close up shop early.
After filing an online complaint about the employees, the store owner contacted me personally. He offered me a free meal as compensation which I declined. I did this because he offered more than just a free meal. We had a great conversation in which he took responsibility for his employees and he shared with me his plan to remedy the problem. Through our conversation I trusted he was a man of his word and that he would fix this issue. Changed to 4 stars because of the quality of the leadership in recognizing the problem and taking...
