Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Collins

My Sister went in and purchased an almost $10.00 drink, got home and the drink was made wrong! Called the store was told that they would make the drink over when we could come back in!! Went back in the next day with the drink in my hand and the manager of the Starbucks who is RUDE said who made the drink? I explained I'm not sure as I wasn't the one who went in and ordered the drink or I would of known right there that it wasn't made correctly! So he says well where's the receipt? They NEVER give you a receipt at this Starbucks! So I went and got Jeff one of the managers at King Soopers and AGAIN was talked down to by Jeff saying well what do you want me to do? The manager of Starbucks is right there I said that's who I'm having the issue with! So Jeff says well it's not my problem!! So I took the drink back over to Starbucks and gave it back to them. So beware the manager of this Starbucks is plain PATHETIC ,I have been going to Starbucks for years and I'm a gold member and this ISN'T the way they do business!! And Jeff should be ashamed of himself for the way he acted and standing around talking about an employee who is disabled! On Saturday the 31st I went with my family to buy breakfast. The man who served me was very rude to me. I told him one thing and he said something else. Then at the window I told him that he could scan the app, the man only told me are you going to pay or not? I told him yes and he told me that's not Apple Pay. We waited for at least 20 minutes while the one lady behind the counter was socializing with a customer. She didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting and were up next. 3 customer's behind me in line left due to the womens demeanor. I stated to her that she lost 3 customer's and her response was "I was making a drink" - she made an iced coffee, it took like 2 seconds.
