Had been going there for years. But had never had the experience of ACE before. He is the rudest, most violent, agressive and drunk bar-keep I have ever met.
I would not post such a bad review for one employee but when I complained to the manager he told me, "yes, that's how Ace is, there is nothing we can do"
So, I must assume that Ace is either the son, or other relation, of the owner, or sleeping with the owner and there is therefore nothing that they can do.
I have now discovered that Ace is hated by all the other staff, is a butt of jokes amongst all the other bar keeps in town and is just a general all around jerk.
When I went to the Trailhead they told me that they are always thankful to Ace, he helps their business nby driving people to move next door.
Well, Mr owner, you are an idiot. You have a great bar, with a decent staff but you are allowing this one man to be a cancer on your whole business. Have you never considered why the TrailHead, right next door has a line...

Was persuaded to go to the SteakOut. Wanted to go to the TrailHead, right next door but they had a line and SteakOut did not. Now we know why.
Late night Sat/Early Sun
Went to the downstairs bar. There was a seriously drunk bar-keep with a black T-shirt and unkempt beard. He was so rude that we left. (The other keep, Nick did apologize for him, but what was he doing there?)
We asked for the manager and were sent to Phil. He was not as drunk as the jerk downstairs but not much less so.
But at least the jerk smiled and made eye-contact, Phil could not do that.
I asked for the owner's name and Phil told me it was Tim, but that I was wasting my time "Tim never calls anyone back".
Well, I guess Tim does not care that his bar is empty and right next door there is a line.
Let's all help...

My friends and I ended our night here expecting a relaxing environment given that it's a "dive bar." My friends and tables around us were patiently waiting for our Ubers and finishing our drinks when this unfriendly, rude, interestingly unhygienic (dirty fingernails, greasy hair, rotten hands) woman was harassing us to leave by 1:30 when the bar closes at 2.
We all paid for multiple drinks, tipped well, we weren't being obnoxious, at the very least, we should be able to finish our drinks in peace (when we paid for them). Literally told that woman that our Uber was 4 minutes away, and she was audacious enough to tell us to drink faster. Closing out a bar doesn't take more than 20-30 minutes---clearly, the workers need to choose a...
