Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

I ordered online at Dominos.com, the website froze and my order apparently went thru anyways. I did not know that so I called in the same order over the phone. Then I called to make sure my card was not charged twice. The manager assured me it would not and said keep an eye on my account to make sure it did not. So after we picked up the order and ate the order aboutan hour later the manager calls me and starts arguing with me about why someone is not coming the pick up the other that was ordered on the phone. I told her no. It was a duplicate order due to the website freezing. She started yealling at me and said so no one is coming to pick up this order. I told her no, it is a duplicate order. She yelled at me and told me that when I ordered again I would have to prepay. I live in Texas and let me tell you this, if someone yelled at me like that you would loose all your business. But I guess here there is only one Dominos to choose so they can talk to you the way they want to. In Texas we have like 5 within a 10 mile radius of our location. So if they talk like that you don't use that location. Next time I visit I won't order Dominos. I will go out of my way to order pizza from a...

1/5 stars - Undercooked and Underwhelming Experience

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from Domino's. The pizza was severely undercooked, with a raw, doughy crust that was almost inedible. The toppings were sparse and lacked flavor.

To make matters worse, the customer service was bizarre. When I called to complain, the manager seemed completely uninterested in helping me and instead kept repeating the company's standard responses. It felt like they were reading from a script.

The lack of effort to resolve the issue was staggering. No offer to remake the pizza or provide a refund. Just a half-hearted apology and a promise to "pass on the feedback."

Needless to say, I won't be ordering from Domino's again anytime soon. If you value your taste buds and your sanity, stay far, far away from this place.

owner is a total tool i order 30 bucks in food say in advance saying i only have 100 cash i watch them make and check my food on the app then canncel my order he tells me that he can only send change up to 15 dollars his reson why is becuse they can be robbed like you dont have my home adress email and phone number i order from this dominos prob 3 times a week or more ill never again spend a single dollar here seeing as i was called a theif 5 times over the phone when just trying to get a simple delivery i have delt with deliverys taking over 2hrs from a store thats ten mins from my house cold manager was a total d63k about it all asking me if i ever had change brought to me by a pizza dilery person mind u we dont live in a bad area its not rare to see 100 bill on a friday!!
