So I place my order and am told to come to the window. Young girl tells me my total. I'm kind of like damn at the total, but I did add bacon and French toast sticks to my order, so I just paid it anyway. It's a little cool outside, it's 9a.m. and I didn't really feel like the back and forth This time about my order... Although yall know, I don't play about these services. Periodt... .... So I make the payment and nearly 5 minutes later the young girl comes back to the window and asked me what I ordered.... during these 5 minutes, I see like bags and bags of orders being placed near the window, maybe like 4 bags are now waiting at the window... I'm thinking to myself wow.., how are these orders ready but my order is questioned... I didn't order anything specially made or different... ?!! So I'm waiting for my order again and it's taking like now 6 minutes.. So I've been waiting now 10 minutes total. Here I am starring at the other bags waiting at the window and I'm like damn, ain't the other people food getting cold? And why were their orders made so fast and mine is lagging behind... So about 12 minutes in now, I'm about to turn it up and just ask for a refund, the wait time began to get very confusing and uncomfortable for me. It's 9a.m., cool outside and literally Nobody is in and out of the restaurant. It ain't busy, nor is there hella people dining in right now (I can see and hear from the drive thru window..) Right before the turn up, here comes the girl with my order. I was trying to think of what condiments I needed as I looked into the bag because the girl ain't put no napkins or ketchup.. so I asked for a few other items I normally like with my order and at this point things are being handed to me roughly. I wanted to just then ask for my money back, but like I said, it was 9a.m., a little cool outside and on top Of All of that.. I was pretty hungry and concerned about the other orders that sat there for nearly 15 minutes... So as I'm driving off, I'm scrambling to put a hash brown in my mouth and get everything adjusted for the feast. As I'm chewing the hash brown, I'm checking my sandwhich because most times its always not right or missing something. And after 15 minutes of waiting for my little order, I had a feeling this morning was about to go left on them with me. Although miraculously, the bacon was added on my sandwhich like I ordered, but nothing in was my bag was piping hot, or fresh out of the grease. Nothing was hot!!! ????... So wtf was I waiting 15 minutes for??!!!! Why was those other orders 'so ready' before mine??.... Why the girl at the window didn't know what I ordered, but collected my $15, quicker than a bih when I came to the window. Why the customers behind me basically got cold food too?!!... Idk. Although my hunger lead to me just take this L AGAIN BY THESE FN PEOPLE WORKING IN THE RESTAURANT....!!!... I'm triple tempted to go back and as for a refund even though I ate my order!!.. But not to worry, I'm more than happy to try Another Burger king, if my taste buds lead me to their breakfast menu again. Smh. When are these fast food workers gon do better?!!! Hell, when yall gonna do yall best??!!! Damn. This shit be annoying, but excuse my French. No matter day, midday or night, All these fast food workers suck!!! They either don't or miscommunicate, they don't work as a team, noone encourages the other, we customers get longer wait times and cold food even after the wait time... attitudes and rudeness, even the refund process be over the top annoying. Many of the 'managers' don't know how to do a refund, nor are they empathetic if they have to give a refund. What's the struggle here?? I've had the experience to work in a fast food restuaraunt before myself. And honey, ain't nothing to it but to do it. Yall need to do extremely better than what yall think yall doing just because yall show up....

• Incident one: When I was dining-in, I went to go use the restroom and I was in shock. The place was completely disgusting. The smell was horrendous, there was urine all over the floor, the toilet seat was not wiped down and there was “specks of feces” on the surface; everything in there was just way too unclean for anybody to go relief themselves in. When people eat at your restaurant and they go to use your restroom, it’s supposed to be cleaned and maintained. It threw me off so much, I didn’t even bother to finish the rest of my food because if they don’t take care of their restroom, I can only imagine how they take care of people’s food in the kitchen.
• Incident two: A second time I went inside with my partner to order, there was a situation going on. A young black lady with long braids, I believe to be the manager, refused to let another use the restroom. The lady was begging the manager to open the restroom door and the manager was being refusing and being rude. The young black lady told the customer that “her manager is watching”, she ended up calling the higher-up manager and they told her to “call the police.” The customer wasn’t even yelling or causing a scene, all she wanted to do was use the restroom and the black lady was refusing to open the door. So the manager, knowing that she was wrong, did this out of spite in order to force the customer out of the restaurant. The manager told the begging customer, with an attitude, to “go somewhere else with that, that you gotta go to Walgreens cause I’m not letting you in.” When the customer ended up leaving, the manager laughed out of pride. This is abhorrent behavior coming from someone of authority, this needs to be reported and investigated.
• Incident three: As my partner and I were ordering food from the drive-thru, this lady kept referring to my partner as “honey” repeatedly on the drive-thru mic. Every time he spoke, she kept speaking to him in a seductive and inappropriate way. When we got to the window and I peeped my head from the passenger side, she looked at me and immediately stopped the act she was putting on. Again, the same lady, the manager who refused to let that customer use the restroom. Highly inappropriate behavior coming from her and her coworkers. I have also seen the coworkers cursing and using profanity in front of customers as if we can’t here them. There’s no form of professionalism anywhere here. This young black lady needs to be either fired or cut down from her position due to the several times I came here and seen her...
Read moreThe food is decent at best. What you'd normally expect for fast food. It's the people there that really put you on edge depending on when you go. Morning your fine if you don't mind waiting about 20 hrs to get a simple item they don't have out already or a drink. If it's busy, say around lunch time, the front isn't focused on because it's not considered "important" like the drive is. You'll be waiting a good 20 or 30 minutes and drive could be less because they're always screaming about "should only be 2 minutes wait!" Or whatever, but I guarantee your coming back in because something was missed.
You can also very much so tell when a shift change comes through because the attitude immediately changes as soon as other managers and employees come in. You can visibly see that there is some sort of animosity between day and night shift. I came in at one time around 500 pm or so to see them rushing out. Sure it's fast food but I've never seen people so excited to leave. The location is something else.
Not to mention the daily homeless that comes around. Haven't been there in a hot min (2+ wks or so) but when I was I see the same homeless around as every other day. It's hot, I get that, no one wants a sick person outside from heat, but these people are clearly taking advantage of the "kindness" the employees are giving.
Don't even get me started on the new people as well. Listened to a whole convo where someone had said they barely just started and already being shat on. Shouldn't new employees get a tour and some...
