Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Absolutely disgusting experience. When I pulled into the drive-thru I was asked for my order. Afterwards, he let me know that I have to order at the window. Once I got to the window he let me know that item was not available... without a menu in front of me I asked him what my options were and he was frustrated. After i ordered i asked if i should pay at this window or the next. he said "do you see another window". I had never been to this location before and i was trying to cooperate/ be helpful, his comment was unnecessary. No matter how hard I tried to be polite he insisted on being rude. After I paid he told me the drink, the sauce and the side i ordered wasn't available. He was the only one on shift so I'm sure he knew this before i paid but he was being purposefully difficult. Before he made the food I tried to cancel the order and he refused. My order was wrong, I was missing an item, and the chicken was cold. I honestly couldn't even finish my meal. I could tell that he was upset about working alone and i could feel every once of misery in his tone, attitude and the food itself. Absolutely...

Laboria took our order. At first, she only took my husband's order and gave him his total. When we tried to inform her I needed to order as well, she was too busy talking to a coworker. When we got her attention, she said "oh, what would you like?" And when I tried to tell her mine, she again was talking to her coworker and then asked me to repeat myself. Ok, whatever. Annoying but not the end of the world. So then we get to the payment, total is $17.36, and we give her $20.36. Doesn't give the change. When she realized her mistake, she said hold on, and called the next person. We were confused so we asked if we were getting our $3 and she said with an attitude "I gotta open the register first." Ok, we get it, didn't know. Needed to communicate. So I sat there and waited and got the change. So now Drinks.... The only choice that isn't empty in either machine is lemonade and it was nasty. Didn't take more than a couple sips and threw it out. Oh, and I couldn't put it in the trash because the trash was overflowing. Terrible experience and definitely will never...

This scores as one of the lowest restaurants in memory. Every table was unclean with many having food and wraps on them. The food was mediocre. Our hamburgers were slightly warm. The drink table was empty of all drinks and asking for a drink was like pulling teeth. The worst part was the laziness, rudeness and over-all complacent attitudes of all of the employees. My husband shouted to get someone's attention so he could be waited on, 7 times, before someone dragged their behind to do what they are being paid to do!! He wasn't the only customer that had to do the same thing. Meanwhile, the employees were in the kitchen goofing around. After we were about finished with our meal, it was shift change. Of all those coming in to work, there was only one young man who seems to have been ready to work. All of the others had that same attitude as mentioned above. The manager was none existent. The owner is remiss in hiring any of these bozos. We will not be back!! Hope others ignore this one and...
