Horrible store with bad ethics. Bought a bracelet and it fell apart within an hour. I went back the next day to try to get a refund and the store employees were adamant about not giving refunds and that my only option was an exchange.... Well I don't want another defective item. The employee also mentioned that if everytime an item broke and they issued a refund then their business would lose money. So clearly they only care about money and not about proper business and customer satisfaction. What about the customer losing their hard earned money?

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this store and highly recommend. There is a good mix of higher quality pieces and more special event jewelry pieces and also daily wear pieces all at GREAT PRICES. I have bought a variety of pieces from here (earrings, anklets, necklaces, bracelets, and more..) and they all still look amazing and I get many compliments as the store has timeless pieces but also trendy and fashionable selections in stock. May was the salesperson that attended me and helped me look for the exact styles I was searching for. She was very kind and knowledgeable of the store inventory and found everything I needed timely. I have been shopping here for at least 5 years and their jewelry is absolutely amazing. I have never had such affordable jewelry that actually last and is true to their testimony of their jewelry being amazing quality and non tarnish testimony and instant testament to that. I wear my rings all the time I never take them off and I am also a nail technician and even with all the chemicals my ring is still shiny and gold with slight removal of shine from the chemicals but that’s over 5 years of wear. My last location climbed to Galaria and I happened to see the store today and I shopped till I dropped. MAY was amazing so sweet, personable and even took the time to highlight the ring sizes for me.
