I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience today. I came here with a friend I hadn’t seen in a long time — we wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast together. We ordered two very simple items that should have taken no more than 15 minutes, but we waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get our food.I had to leave cause I was late for an appointment, so we ended up having to take everything to go, which completely ruined the moment we wanted to share. On top of that, the girl taking my order didn’t even know how to find the salmon bagel on the register. She spent about 5–6 minutes trying to figure it out, kept insisting it was a sandwich instead of a bagel, and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. That’s not acceptable for someone working at the counter. I want the owner to know that the two girls working this morning were extremely slow and not attentive. It’s unacceptable that it takes this long to make two sandwiches. The service today was truly poor. When other girls are working, the service is completely different — much faster and more professional. I’m a regular customer, but today’s experience was really disappointing, especially considering that prices here are not cheap. I hope the owner takes this seriously and looks into the staff that was...

Tried the newly opened Crema Gourmet for the first time over the weekend, hoping for a great breakfast experience. While the atmosphere and aesthetic were inviting, the food and service fell well short of expectations.
We ordered the chocolate chip pancake and an open-faced breakfast sandwich, both of which looked nothing like the photos on their poster. The presentation was unappetizing, and the textures were equally disappointing—dry pancakes and brioche that lacked freshness. To top it off, the pancakes were served without syrup, and we had to walk up to the counter to ask for it ourselves.
The icing on the cake was the automatic 15% service charge added to the bill—on top of the tip we had given. This would have been understandable if we were at a restaurant with table service, but in this case, we placed our order at the counter and still received incomplete service.
Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to the premium pricing, curated image and the marketing claim that they are promoting -- “This is not your average cafe”. Feels quite the opposite...
Read moreFantastic addition to the neighborhood! Already have visited 4x since the soft opening and enjoyed their official Grand Opening with free pastries and sandwiches a few days ago.
I highly recommend their chai latte, it's topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and is heavenly. I've also tried their strawberry matcha latte, also a solid 8/10 if you're a matcha fan like myself.
Food wise, I've yet to dive into their menu. But so far, I've tried their almond croissant and it was delicious! During the official grand opening, I had a taste of their chocolate chip cookie which was grand, turkey sandwich and prosciutto sandwich, both of which were pretty good.
They do have a pasta deal on Thursdays so that is certainly on my radar.
Nice indoor and outdoor seating area paired with a nice breeze, great place to get...
