Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Certain special's that are advertised online you are not able to modify how you'd like your pizza baked/cooked. So, I called this location, specified I placed my order online, gave the address and requested that I wanted my pizza cooked well-done. The person over the phone acknowledged and said, "okay sure no problem." I received my pizza,(pan-pizza) and it was not cooked well-done! This is not the first time I have made this request and it has not been fulfilled. How hard is it to push the pizza back in the oven for another 5-7 minutes?! Apparently more difficult than I realize. 🤦🏻🤷🏻

I guess the owner of this franchise does not think his/her customers will notice if they continue SHRINKING their pan pizzas?! The pan pizza I received today is looking more like a THIN CRUST pizza! The brownies, LOL! SUPER THIN! YOU GUYS ARE CHEAPING OUT DOUGH AND BROWNIE MIXTURE. Items that cost pennies to source! I hope this place shuts down, I do not understand how they keep their business.. Ordered my food through uber eats. The driver arrived and asked for my name. He then was struggling to get the food out of the bag. So i helped him. While the food is in my hand, he says, "im going to tip you." I asked "why you tip me?" He said "because i wasn't going to tip him. " and walked away. I had his tip in my pocket. I always tip my drivers in person. This was very rude and disrespectful. I will never order again. It was my first time ordering from them through uber eats, and i will never again. I usually go into this location to pick my order up, and they’re always really good. Last night I was stuck on a work call and couldn’t go pick it up, so I ordered online for delivery. I paid with card and waited for my delivery. When the driver arrived at my home, he handed me the order and just stared at me, as if he was demanding a tip, without verbally demanding a tip. Today I seen an additional transaction on my card, that wasn’t authorized, from Dominos.
