I walked in and immediately sensed the attitude from the woman behind the counter. She was talking to another customer as if he was imposing on her. She seemed mad because it was towards the end of her day and customers keeps coming. He walked out. I walked up to the counter only to be greeted by "what you want?" Excuse me? That is not how you greet customers. I answered "coffee" and snapped back "cold or hot"? It was all downhill from there.
To try to break the ice I asked her what time she closed. I wanted to know what was bothering her so much that she was projecting her negative energy into me. "It's right there on the door". Huh? The door on the other side of the store? "You don't know what time you close?" "It's right there on the door."
"Why are you so angry?" I asked. It just went on and on. "Don't come for me. I am not the one" she said as she began to act like she was going to kick MY butt. She took her nastiness to the next level, in front of other customers who had just walked in. Now she was talking like she was going to take out all her frustrations on me.
"You in the wrong line of work if you don't like serving people." I said and just stopped talking and left her fighting with herself.
This woman is a liability and only a matter of time before she goes off on the wrong person. Nothing to be proud of. I get we all have bad days, but we don't get paid to take it...
Read moreI don't live in the area and I needed to charge my cell phone and my laptop I was completely hit on electricity. The other businesses that surround this actually have blank cover plates on all of their 120 volt wall outlets. Not only was this place set up for the use of portable Electronics they had USB chargers in their receptacles which is Handy and the staff was very cool very polite very knowledgeable very clean very helpful. It would be nice to see McDonald's and these other Big chain zero respect for their workers organizations follow suit. You go to McDonald's and there's 10 outlets along the wall every one pot outward of them cover plated. I'm an electrician I'm telling you right now they paid a lot of money to put those things in and then paid a lot more money to have an electrician come take them out and put cover plates over them. It's very uninviting to the guests and frankly I will never ever set foot into a McDonald's again if there's a Dunkin around. McDonald's has never been known for their great customer service but I blame that on the management because they run a slave ship there. And to deliberately do this to their customer base is absurd. Somebody should put them in prison for what they've done...
Read moreI have lived a few blocks from this DD for 24 yrs. I have not once been here and gotten correct order. No one to call to voice concern of employee screaming at me once because i bought ,99c promotional coffee with billboard also stating. He charged me $2,39. I tried to explain it was on sale and he just slammed window in my face. I was polite and shocked. I said i would never go to this place again, gave it 6 months and a friend wanted to go, so again we tried it. Got home and my ordered bagel was instead a dried up crushed corn muffin and hot tea...didnt even get the coffee right. I went back and they fixed it. I will never go again though. In a plaza with a Wendy's, McDonald's and a few other choices, I'll skip this business for...
