McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Horrible customer service and management. We walked into the restaurant and stood there for 5 minutes infront of a cashier without even being greated even after i said good morning to the lady. Then my six year old daughter walked up to the cashier waiting patiently to be asked what she needs because unlike some children mine has manners. Instead of the cashier asking her what she proceeds to hollar excuse me, excuse me, excuse me. My daughter was only trying to get a fork. Me being an upset mother i did snatch the fork out of the other ladies had and that i shouldn't gave done and sye said im sorry mam but i wasn't the one being rude. Then the other manager (The RUDE one) Proceeded to yell at me, i asked her not to yell my daughter was standing right here but, she continued to yell anyways. At this point my daughter was crying her eyes out and didn't even eat her breakfast. Needless to say this was all over my daughter wanting a fork... As a buisness owner myself i have lots of patients. Our order was made incorrectly but wasn't upset. We stood there without being greated but wasn't upset. But yell at you customers infront of other customers and CHILDREN??? From a company stabd point from a restaurant and bar owner i hope you do something about this. This was absolutely ridiculous and im pretty sure my daughter will now be scared to eat at McDonald's and it use to be her favourite...

I was extremely disappointed after my family decided on this particular McDonald's on Tuesday, January 12th. We all choose from the on line menu PRIOR to going so that I could go alone. When I got to the drive thru, I saw EVERYTHING they wanted on the MENu board, however to my horror, when I tried ordering the pulled pork sandwich meal, chicken wrap meal and smoothies for dessert. I was told they have NEVER carried either and THEY DONT MAKE SMOOTHIES. When I asked the staff if they had anything similar, I WAS TAKEN ABACK WHEN SHE SAID "NO", YOU'LL HAVE TO FIND SOMETHING. NO SUGGESTIONS, NOTHING.I was confused since they are not ONLY on the on-line menu but on the outside board as well. I thought to myself ok, I can KIND OF understand the online menu not being updated but the ACTUAL MENU AT THE MC DONALD'S BEING WRONG ? NOT HAPPY. TO MAKE MATTERS SO MUCH WORSE, the crispy children sandwich we did get ( i wish I took a picture), was so over cooked I broke my back tooth biting down on it because it was so hard. I am BEYOND UPSET 😡 WITH THIS MC DONALD'S. When I went back to ask for a manager. They had me sit and wait while he looked like he was hiding behind staff. After 28 minutes, in pain and EXTREMELY DISCOURAGED I LEFT. I've NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISDAIN at any or your establishments. I HOPE YOU...

So, I'm waiting to use the restroom. It's only one stall, so I'm waiting for whoever to come out. As soon as I walk in the restroom not too long after I heard the toilet flush, this prompted me to wait because I figure the person would not be too much longer in there, and one top of that I really needed to use it. About three minutes go by and an older lady comes out, she's tieing her apron and looking down as she leaves the restroom. I go in the restroom and as I'm finishing up, I realized, the lady didn't wash her hands! I didn't hear any water run or soap dispensing during those 3 minutes after she flushed the toilet. I let another worker know that was nearby the restroom, she laughed.. Just to let you all know be careful over here and all over at these restaurants ok. People are using the restroom, flushing toilets and just leaving!!! It's sad. The stall did have soap and running water, and the dryer worked!! I know the lady worked in the back near or on the food. She had on a brown apron.! So what there maybe a sink in the back where she works!!! For The Most Part, After That Damn Toilet Was Flushed, She Didn't Wash Her Damn Hands!!!! This ain't the first time I've witnessed this... I've seen this at a burger king in the same area!!! Yall beware and be safe!!! These...
