McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Let me tell you my experience, maybe the corporation or the owner of this establishment will pay attention to this . There is something that humanly outrages me and it also looks like a contradiction in the rules. And so I was there at 1 am 12/24/23 To pick up my online order. The entrance was available to get an order in the nutria and while I was waiting for the order I decided to drop into the toilet, but it was closed and could only be opened with a button from the cashier.I returned to the cash register and asked to open it, I was informed that it was not open at this time. To which I argued that if the entrance is open to clients, then the opportunity to visit the toilet should also be open,!This argument was accepted and the button was pressed, but at that moment the manager brought out the order.. I said that I would come back for it now because I needed to go to the toilet. But he was refused. ) I didn’t argue for long, grabbed my order and, while pressing the button, quickly headed to the toilet. And now I’m already there and my order for the washbasin, the manager rushes in and grabs my order, taking advantage of the fact that that my hands are busy,,,)))And runs away. I agree it sounds and looks very funny BUT it is still very strange behavior. As a result, I never received my order back. Now a little logic and law. Why is this button there? To keep the homeless out? Okay, but I'm a client and I'm with the purchase. Or maybe this is not the right time! But permission must be asked at any time, not only At 1 Am. I want back to redeem my meal thinking it’ll be better. I get it fast food, and there is always going to be some difficult times. No I refuse to spend my money at this location or any other location if the service is going to be like this. On there screens I can tell they had five orders Togo. In dinner there was only my meal. Two customers later after put in my redeem meal. I got my order. I thought it was by order number, Or dive of meal. My order was 3items. The next to where doordash/or Uber eats, I know there meals where bigger. And still they got there’s before me. NO MORE,I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION! No thank you

I didn’t even want to give this place a star. As too how bad this McDonald’s was. But I had to give them one to be able to post this review NOTE: I give them no stars

Horrible service, horrible customer attention, I com to get my food 20min later. I threw my food away, it was giving to me cool. $12 in the trash. Also the manager didn’t know what she was doing. All the employees looked out of place. No was at there assigned position. To make matters worse it was not busy when I got to this location. I definitely want be coming back this location. Now I did a mobile order this update is on the last day of February 2024. I stood for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence there they just kept on doing whatever they were doing for other people but nobody ever came to the front counter and asked me in advance what I needed. Maybe they just assumed I had a mobile order and they get to me when they feel like it which is exactly how I felt

The app will help you quickly accumulate points which you can use to purchase food in the future. It's very simple you can order ahead. It gives you a number and then you just pick it up when you're ready. It won't let you order the food into your actually right. There at the stores you get it hot and fresh every single time.
