Unbeatable Pizza Perfection at Mister01 - Star Carlos steals the show!

I recently discovered the new pizzeria in my neighborhood, Mister01, and I've been ordering from them for a few months now. Let me start by saying that their Star Carlos pizza is an absolute standout. Packed with mouthwatering ingredients this Star Shaped Pizza is Filled With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella, Chorizo Sausage, Tomatoes, Arugula, Avocado, Italian Parmesan, and Jalapeno Sauce, it surpasses any other pizza I've ever tasted in this pizzeria.

Although I haven't dined in at the restaurant, their take-out service has been exceptional. I usually place my order through their website after a long day of work, and by the time I arrive, my pizza is ready to go. On the rare occasions when it isn't immediately available, I don't mind waiting a few minutes. They have a dedicated take-out area where you can comfortably wait and even enjoy a beer from their selection.

Now, I must admit that the cost is slightly higher than your average pizza joint, but you're paying for innovation. Mister01's pizzas are uniquely shaped, and the quality of their ingredients is top-notch. It's a price I'm more than willing to pay for such exceptional flavors.

My only minor gripe is the parking situation. Since the pizzeria is located in a residential area, finding a spot can be challenging. It would greatly benefit them to designate a special parking area for take-out customers.

In the future, I plan to visit Mister01 for a sit-down meal to fully experience everything they have to offer. The combination of their delectable pizza and the complete dining experience is something I don't want to miss. The staff and owners were really so friendly, helpful, and kind. Giannina made the best recommendations for our wines, helped us overcome our collective indecision and decide what and how much to order, etc. 5 stars for the food/menu alone, and 5 stars for special, rare, personalized customer service.

You can smell the delicious food from halfway down the block and it does not disappoint. The menu is delicious, fun, and flexible. All of the staff seemed really educated re: dietary restrictions, and the gluten-free pizza is the best I've had in years. The crust/consistency they've managed to achieve using GF flours is super impressive!

Worth waiting for a table if you need to. We showed up without a reservation on a pretty busy night and had to wait a bit -- stopped by a great cocktail bar just around the corner (5min walk) and got a text that our table was ready after just 1 drink.

The music/playlist situation was a little bizarre the night we were there -- super old music that didn't really match the crowd/vibe, and two Elvis songs, a Bobby Day song, and a His Comets song each being played multiple times during one dinner! Nothing against anyone's music tastes, it was just a bit strange/off. The neighboring tables noticed too, it was funny. I recommend finding a few good pre-made Spotify playlists that auto-update with new songs to keep things fresh, avoid repeats, and match the magical ambience!
