This place runs off an extremely shady business practice. First of all, they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. They send you a REMINDER text 3 minutes AFTER your grace period like clock work. Very strategic. So let's say your appointment is at 5 pm the next day, you will get your reminder text at 5:03 the day before. So oops, if something came up it's too bad you're going to get charged. What is literally the point of the "reminder" text? Again, this was every.single.time. Second of all, I started at this place getting a Brazilian wax. One day I go in for my wax and she tells me that she can't wax me and she needs to do laser instead and that it will only be $59. I later realize this was a upselling technique. She essentially forces me to get laser and I explained to her my worries with shaving between sessions because I have VERY sensitive skin and no matter what, always get razor bumps. She assured me that wouldn't happen. My Brazilian area is completely butchered now with marks that I was left with after my very 1st laser session. I was told the laser would be $59 a month which was right in line with Laser Away pricing so I didn't think anything of it and then I start getting charged $120 a month and come to find out they tell me AFTER I signed the membership it's $59 for the membership and then $59 for the laser itself which wasn't explained to me. That is astronomical for that area of laser treatment. Their math is that their Brazilian laser is regularly $399 a session so you're getting a "major discount" by only paying $120 a month. I have no idea who came up with that pricing but it's actually insane. I voice all my concerns to them and she says that she's going to have a manager call me and I let her know I would be waiting and nobody ever called me. They just canceled my membership and I never heard from them again. So now I'm stuck with a botched Brazilian area that I have to fix. I wouldn't go near this place...

I'm very fair and to the point. This location is beautiful, easy to find, centrally located (ft laud) but they also have a north Lauderdale location and a Dade location. I booked after I saw a special on social media for a hydrafacial. I had no idea what it was. Arrived early, staff is super friendly and very pleasant. Was taken to facial room with no wait. Service started within 3 minutes of appt time 1103am. We finished by 11:28am. Aesthetician was very nice and knowledgeable , explained products and system. Turns out a hydrafacial is a quick facial done with a machine that sprays hyaluronic liquids and other serums onto the skin via a vacuum tip nozzle that suctions impurities as it hydrates. Creates a moisturized plump look and feel. ( That feeling lasted an hour post facial). My skin feels clean but there were no manual extractions and entire facial was 25 minutes. We were done by 1128am. The cost $199 plus gratuity at my discretion. If I had tipped 20% it would have been $240 for 25 minutes of suction with the machine which feels like a microderm tip. I took advantage of the special which made my bill $100.00 plus a $20 tip for the aesthetician and the 25 minutes that were spent. I'm not sure if the $120.00 for 25 minutes were worth it. Ana was gentle , friendly, professional. But receptionist charged me 40$ instead of 16$ I had to pay after the deal I got on yelp . So my card was charged and I figured that they actually charged me the full price . So I asked receptionist to cancel the transaction, and she said that she is not allowed to do that and she has to contact the manager and also asked me if she can call me back . I said that I want to resolve this issue asap and I can wait , anyway I have another appointment next door . So itās been 40 min waiting and now they want me to send the screenshot of the deal Iāve got ! But before to charge me receptionist checked everything⦠instead of to apologize they just want to check if I did the right thing or not! Really?!!! On top of it Iām pregnant and I told them about it and all this situation makes me suuuuuper nervous!
P.S. hour later I got the call from the owner and issue was resolved . I came back to salon , so they could charge the right amount of money and receptionist was apologized about everything what...
