Read moreI donât really leave reviews but I think this place earned it. Upon entering the place the atmosphere was welcoming with people and music. The AC in there wasnât kicking so we were all sweating majority of the time (even the waitresses were complaining about how hot it was. We sat in the first table upon entering and it had the speaker imbedded under the couch/seating area, so although we were not shaking our arse, that bass was definitely doing it for us the whole time. Oh! And to top it off, the the chair was wet because someone had dropped a drink prior and upon bringing it to the hosts attention they didnât care and brushed it off. Moving forward, the drinks⌠oh the pretty drinks you probably came across on instagram. One of the reasons why you want to come and check this place out⌠sorry to break it to you but drinks are pretty weak. Weaker than my grandmothers knees. Why were they bad? All 5 drinks that were served to us ended up being water with a sprinkle of alcohol. Maybe it was because the place was a melting pot and the half a cup of ice melted fast. Or maybe it was the half a cup of ice they put. In all seriousness⌠How do you mess up a whiskey sour? Everyoneâs drink (5 people) were all watered down so let that speak for itself. The service was pretty slow. Not bad but really slow. It took over 20 minutes to have our order taken and another 20 for a drink. Unfortunately I wonât be coming back here and I definitely wonât be recommending it to anyone. We enjoy going to speakeasyâs throughout the states and this one has to be by far the worse one. The place has great potential and the aesthetics are there. It just needs to be ran better overall so contact âBar Rescueâ or something before it continues to go downhill.
Ps. They have taken a good 30 minutes to bring us the check so I am about to just walk out :-)

Read moreWow! I am not even sure how to begin, but we were lucky enough to find this spot because we were looking for new places to try in Fort Lauderdale. When we first walked up, it is in a strip mall, so we didn't know what to expect, but as soon as we opened the door, and the host was standing there, and the lights were down, we knew it was going to be a great experience.
We decided to sit at the bar, and Natalia was our bartender for the evening. She suggested the most amazing drinks, and was spot on with each one she made. The drinks are literally a work of art there. We also ordered a steak tartare, and the tuna tataki, both of which were probably the best we've had anywhere. The plates are small tapas, so if you're looking for drinks and small bites, this is your place.
The vibe, amazing. The lights are low, music is perfect, and it is easy to start talking to other people around you at the bar and have conversations, great drinks, good food, and lots of laughs. We made room at the bar for a few people, and when our bill came, the bartender told us the gentleman in the group, bought a round of drinks for us, which really surprised us.
This place is sexy, fun, friendly, and overall a really great experience. I would highly recommend it as a place to go and have drinks and small bites before going out to dinner, or spending your whole night there, it has everything you need for a perfect evening. Adding this to one of our favorite spots....
