I recently had the unfortunate experience of interacting with the store manager, Anthony, at the Lululemon store. I must say that the encounter left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Not only was he incredibly rude, but he also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills.
Upon entering the store, I had a legitimate concern about a purchase I made. However, instead of addressing my issue with any level of empathy or understanding, Anthony seemed disinterested and dismissive right from the start. It was clear that he had no intention of listening to my complaint, let alone trying to resolve it.
What truly shocked me was the way Anthony made me feel like a criminal when I was simply attempting to process a return. His demeanor was hostile and unwarranted. It was as if I had done something wrong by simply requesting a return, which is well within my rights as a customer. This treatment left me feeling humiliated and belittled.
To make matters worse, I cannot help but suspect that the poor treatment I received was influenced by my race. The way Anthony treated me was disproportionate and completely uncalled for. I felt targeted and discriminated against based on factors that have no bearing on my ability to be a customer or my right to voice a concern.
I sincerely hope that Lululemon takes immediate action to address the behavior exhibited by Anthony. No customer should have to endure such unprofessionalism and discrimination. My experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I urge others to be cautious when considering shopping at this particular store. As a loyal customer, I expected better and deserved...

I started with the basic T-shirts which are decidedly dressy and look fantastic and have expanded to some dress shirts, Polos and a very sexy pair of dress shorts. The fit is form fitting, so if you are not fit this may not be the brand for you. I have found the fit and quality fantastic. It’s hard to justify paying $60.00 on a T-shirt, so I shop the sales for solid discounts.
