3/17/2015 I knew against my better judgement from the appearance and location but decided to give it a try anyways because of a 'recommendation' from my boyfriend. I remember he had bought some Orange Chicken a while a back with white rice which he liked. It was passable but no where near good. Still I was starving and he brought up the place once again since we were in the area. I haven't had Chinese in a long time so I was really excited as I went to buy my food.
The Verdict: I bought a 'combination' plate there which consisted of """roasted pork""",brown rice(extra $1.50),eggroll,and broccoli. Overall price: $10.60 for a medium sized container.
Let me tell you when I say that the food was disgusting...The roasted pork wasn't even that but some (heavily sodium sauce saturated) deli slices of ham. The taste was overly strong and salty.. The egg roll was actually empty in its contents and very lackluster in general. You'll be eating it just because.
The brown rice was the most grossest I've had..sticky and extremely bland..Just awful in execution. I've made better brown rice in the microwave at my previous job! (I used to be a product demonstrator)
The best part was actually the plain steamed broccoli but the credit goes to the vegetable and mother nature itself. But even then I couldn't finish the broccoli because the majority got soaked in that disgusting sodium filled sauce.
Trust me,do yourself and your wallet a favor and buy Chinese elsewhere!! I've had delicious platters from the malls (Pembroke Lakes Mall for example) like Sarku Japan(I think they renamed the place now) which consisted of bigger portions, delicious fresh taste, and all for a cheaper price!
Seriously,my stomach is bloated now from the food and I just regret my first and last purchase of this place.
Want to have an idea of how dirty a place could be besides the kitchen?Take a look at their bathrooms..You can always find the truth there and this particular restroom was...

Unfortunately, the food is at the bottom of the list of Chinese restaurants I would go to. I read reviews, so I specified that I wanted my vegetable fried rice to taste like something, not plain, as the many other reviews said. So they did as I asked (about 3 times) and the rice was tasteful enough. The rest was a disaster. The mixed wonton/eggdrop soup was tasteless, hardly had any wonton or anything else for that matter (and it was a large), and the soup was so thick, it globbed up. The ribs weren't horrible, but they were overcooked and dry, and they didn't attempt to moisten them up with sauce over them. The chicken and broccoli, well that smelled very odd as soon as I uncovered it. To the point that I was afraid to ingest it. I finally found the courage, and they tasted as bad as they smelled. I don't know what they use , but it's chicken and broccoli, really? How do you mess that up. Needless to say.... I was hoping for the best, since they are near me, but nope! $35 literally thrown away. I'd rather eat...

However the reason for eating Chinese is for the flavors, and I guess to ward off starvation. They did ok on the not starving part but that's about it. I ordered a combination fried rice and sweet and sour chicken dinner to eat in. First course, water, The choices where buying a bottle of water and the smallest size Styrofoam cup they make, full of luke warm water. Second course, Pork fried rice, I got rice with some kind of coloring that seemed void of flavor and some crumbs of pork. I cook fried rice all the time it can be great, this was somewhere between dismal and boring, and definitely disappointing. Third course , sweet and sour chicken, I am fairly sure that this was beaded chicken tenders from Costco nuked in the microwave and served with some kind of canned sweet and sour sauce, in a container on the side. My eat in order was packed to go, it was a nice take out container. The table was covered with rice from the previous customer. All in all disappointing...
