Starbucks — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

Horrible service...ordered a hot breakfast sandwich and a cold drink. My sandwich came..The. Strawberry cream frapuccino sat there forever after was made and african american attendant just sat there talking to his coworkers about the time and them starts making other people coffee. I mentioned to get my drink n simply told me to wait cause hed making coffee and why i was in such hurry anyway....i explained i wanted my sandwich hot when he finally turned around and told me to wait again the handed me my drink n said....u can go to ur little meeting now !!!...complete horrible customer service and manager was right next to him all along.

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The service was awful, and the staff was incredibly rude. I ordered a matcha with no syrup and with oat milk, but what I received had both the syrup and regular milk. When I politely asked to have it changed, they refused. The employee at the counter even laughed in an unprofessional manner, making me feel disrespected. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a place like Starbucks. I won’t be coming back...

I was charged for a large frappe and recieved a small she over talked me and ignored the fact that i had a receipt to show.. Just horrible service period.. And its not the employee's its the manager only the manager. And i did not receive an employee discount.. Idk if she likes her job but it does not...
