This place is ridiculous! They advertise they are open until 9pm and that’s false. I placed an order online Monday at 8:30pm my husband arrived by 8:43pm and the location was closed. I submitted multiple refund request online and I have not heard back. I tried calling all week and they have a phone for decoration because no one ever answers the phone. I finally showed up Friday that I finally had time and they couldn’t do nothing for me. They supposedly called the manager and then they said I had to come back the next day. At this point I just wanted the food I ordered not even a refund. And they didn’t wanna do nothing I asked to speak to the manager so they called her back and she started telling the employee that if I wanted anything done I had to come back the next day I asked if I can speak to her and as soon as I got on the phone she hung up on me. The employee I was dealing with was rude literally eating a bag of chips while I’m talking to her and kept looking at the other employees and just shaking her head while I’m still talking to her. She couldn’t provided me with the so called Phone number THEY kept telling me to call for customer service. And when I asked For the managers information so I can speak with her they didn’t even wanna provide the managers name. One employee finally told me the it was “Rima”. Not to mention the last 2 times including this time. They literally have the location with all their lights off except the counter. With no tables or chair for anyone to sit in and eat, so if you’re expecting to sit down and eat your food don’t even...
Read moreWho doesnt love a fresh smoothie? If you are a regular, you will know how your favorite drink taste. If you continue going to the same restaurant for months you will know if there was a change to the ingriedient. According to ASHLEY, i am the ONLY one that had an issue with my avocolada. Wrong thing to say. I work in a call center, i know the statement that a customer is always right. Which is wrong. You do your best to be reasonable with a customer. Not once was i disrespectful to ASHLEY. I followed the protocol, called the store the same day, let the kind cashier know what my issue was. Even the cashier was willing to be more helpful than the manager ASHLEY. I was not confrontational i just wanted the drinks replaced. There was no need for you to show me the fresh avocados, if your attitude from the start was different maybe i wouldnt have taken an offense. However you went back and forth with me about how I WAS WRONG ABOUT THE TASTE. The smoothie wasnt fresh which is why it made my stomach and coworkers stomach upset. If it was just me, i wouldve dismissed it but 3 ppl said the same so please ASHLEY all your attitude was not needed. To be fair to you, after the banter you did decide to replace it but by then i was late for work and starving so i had to save myself from your bad...
Read moreGood Smoothie, Bad Service: I'm 2nd in line and this is about my 4th time here. I order health-nut smoothie. I'm nice as usual (please, thank you, etc...) and the girl at the counter is cold (Ok fine people have bad days). The wait begins... I sit down and the lunch crowd starts pouring in. As I sit and wait I start noticing people after me start getting their food before me. I think well maybe the smoothies take longer. Then I notice smoothies coming out one after the other going to people that came after me. I estimate about 7-8 people that came after me get their smoothies before me. As the girl walks by I ask her about mine and mention people that came after me already got theirs. No sorry, nothing, just "yeah, yeah yours is back there" As she walks behind the counter I hear her say "where's the health-nut?" I continue to wait and again more people get their smoothies. After several more minutes she looks over at me and says mine is in the blender. Finally, nearly 30 minutes later I get my smoothie with no apologies... nothing. To the management... I understand things can get busy... and things can fall between the cracks but at least be nice. A sincere "sorry about that..." etc.... goes along way. Don't treat your customers like they...
