Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fort Lee

Do not go here! I ordered a croissant, sat down and ate it, and was relaxing about 5 min and checking my email before I had to leave. An employee came over and asked me to get up so he could clean. The place was half empty with many other customers just sitting and reading, no one else was asked to get up and move. When I asked what the issue was, he told me ‘ you are done eating, now you are just on your phone and I have to clean this area so you can sit somewhere else.’ I couldn’t believe my ears. I said ‘I am a paying customer and am sitting here’. And he said ‘you are done eating, now you can move.’ I could see I wasn’t going to get anywhere with him and told the manager about the rudeness and that customers were being kicked out of their seats. Needless to say-I am not homeless/smelly or in any way offensive, and it was about 12pm-not...

My dad ordered two, two scoop ice cream and a frozen chocolate with no whipped cream, but the worker put down two, single scooped ice cream and a frozen chocolate with whipped cream. When we went to get my sisters ice creams the person said "Oh he said a single scoop" and my sister got a mistaken flavor she wanted the cookies and cream but the scooping person got the vanilla instead so my dad told them oh we wanted cookies and cream but they said to wait they waited half an hour and she came back so my dad asked if they could change it because that's not what we wanted and she said no. So my sister started crying so the scooping person mumbles just deal with it so we trashed all our drinks and left because we were mad so of course we would trash our drinks and throw it. I don't think we'll ever go back there, so DUNKIN JUST...

I've been stopping by here ~3 times a week before work mostly at 6:45am or 5:45am. I have to set aside at least 10 minutes here because the orders come out very slowly depending on how many orders they have to serve that aren't basic coffee + donuts. If all you need is a hot coffee or something quick like that and you see a line of more than 2 cars waiting to give their orders, just park your car and run inside. I guarantee it'll be faster. The employees are generally nice. I like to get cold drinks and some people make my drinks better than other, though I haven't been keeping track. I like ordering iced drink thru the app because I always forget to ask for less ice otherwise, but selection on donut flavors are limited, and the app doesn't include the attached Baskin's...
