China xpress fort myers downtown — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Let me start by saying, this is where we usually go for Chinese food and it's usually alright. Tonight however, the food was terrible! Not sure what's going on there but we won't be back! We love hot & sour soup but dumped it down the drain, terrible! My husband waited there for an hour (not what I'm complaining about). But when I unpacked our order, it was missing the other meal. For some reason they hadn't included both meals in his charge, so he paid for the two meals separately. I called to tell them we were missing the sesame chicken, they said we could come get it and I said "NO" he's been there for an hour! I just wanted a refund on that order or something. She argued with me saying over and over again that she put it in the bag! Her customer service is lacking, especially being the owner. She apparently has enough business, so she doesn't care if she loses ours. I just want to let people know so they will check their order before leaving her establishment. I don't like to leave bad reviews because everyone is allowed to have a bad day. But she should have tried to make things right with me instead of insisting she put...

I came here to get a order of fried rice,they told me 1 hour to wait,I said ok,after I wait for more than 1 hour and see many orders coming in and out,I stand up to the counter top and I ask the lady,a bunch of ignorants under ases talking very nasty,but wehn I said nasty,its nasty,even with costumers in the store,I can't believe you run a store with such of ignorants underages in the front,calling theyr self hey b@^ch come here,and laughing very laud,I know this place its not like that wehn those ignorants kids are not around,because I get food from here before and this never happen,I will not get food any more from here or for any delivery asigned I will reject anything asociated with this store,and I will not promoted this chines place anymore,for sure it was my last time,so disrecpetfull to the clients,then this lady making the food told me its 10 minutes look,so those stupids kids give her my order very late,one thing its being bussy and another do not tell the kitchwn about the orders,wehn she noticed about my food she makes it in 10 minutes,aftwr I see 23 orders go trough that door,defently...

My wife and I love this Chinese Restaurant! It is by far the best in Fort Myers and the cleanest! We have consistently received the same service and quality of food everytime we order or eat at this restaurant. They do cook their chicken a little longer and it's extra crispy...which we love(no risk of raw chicken)! No matter what we have ordered it is always amazing and consistent!! We call and place our order and we have never had any issues! The woman who we assume is the owner, she is very nice and makes sure everything is good quality! We enjoy their food and they are always very nice to us! Their dining room may not be packed full of diners but we don't usually see people eating there but there is always a line of cars or people for take out. So please don't let the empty chairs fool you this is by far the BEST Chinese food in town! I'm also disabled and I come in with my service dog and walker, they have been nothing but nice even on occasion when I go in alone they help me out to the car!
