When someone who has worked in Downtown Fort Smith for as long as Hector has, you have to show up and give support when they make an investment on the Avenue.

When you show up at Tipsy's, you will not be disappointed! As you walk through the door, instead if being blasted by cigarette smoke, you will be greeted and quickly asked if you'd like a drink. You will be made to feel like you are more than welcome!

The bar food menu includes all of the essentials and is quite tasty! And, as any Pub should, sports ball will be showing on the TVs. Oh, and did I mention the drink specials? Dollar Dollar draft beers ya'll!! From 11 am to 4 pm on Sundays! Yep! you heard me right. ONE DOLLAR!

I get that it is an extraordinary time to be in the food & beverage industry, but I cannot stand stealing & lying.

Get an itemized receipt. Every. Time. Bartenders are padding the tabs. (& not even well, they are just adding a special line item, which would be super easy to look into from last night and find out just how much $$ this bar stole from everyone there 🤯) Hopefully this isn’t under instruction of the owner, but you know how these things go. Been here a handful of times and it has a good energy to it! One of the newest spots on Garrison and they bring in a pretty fresh crowd every weekend. Several different DJs rotate in and out here and the vibe is almost like that of a small club at night, but has a typical "bar" feel earlier in the evenings. Food is fire from what I've had and the service is good too. Forgot to mention that this is one of the only bars in the city where smoking is not allowed here so fresh...
