Here we go again with ordering online, my husband and I ordered online chicken sandwich meals. But when we arrived to pick up our orders they never received them and they were not made so we had to reorder and they were mediocre at best when there was maybe two people in the lobby dining area and like maybe one car in the Drive-Thru so our chicken sandwiches were cold our french fries were mediocre at best you could tell they were not cooked all the way it's like they just threw it on a plate and didn't care and my husband had ordered lettuce and tomato on our sandwiches and when we received them they had no vegetables of any sort on it not even pickles. When I went to the counter and waited and waited employees walked by me and walked by me did not acknowledge my existence until I had to say excuse me excuse me and then one African-American lady basically pointed to another African American teenage girl to come help me in the older white lady had to help me who had nothing to do with the order to begin with and she was apologizing profusely for their non-customer service which that right there just tells me there's no skills or training there like I was bothering the two African-American females for my lettuce and tomato that I had ordered when I ordered my meals for the second time like I said for the price you pay you should get hot fresh food maybe that's their code of freshness is giving customers old cold mediocre food again with an establishment that does not care about their customers and their management doesn't care how the restaurant is ran and when they close at 10:00 they shouldn't be locking the dining room doors at 9:00 when there's nobody there and is everybody there that could be cleaning and they're not they're fooling around in the back with loud music blaring joking around playing around but not taking care of customers and like I said when you ask for help or you asked them for something it's like we're taking time out of their day to do their job the only good one there was the older white lady with the mask on she actually had some customer service and she was running around with her head cut off because the rest of them the African American males and females and one white boy in the back were joking around fooling around with music blaring it could care less if there was customers at the counter. I had never been to Zaxby's ever and I will never go back this is horrendous it should not be like this when you go to a place that is known for their good chicken sandwiches and you get mediocre cold old food never again worst experience first experience never again experience you people need to do better management needs to do better if the people don't want to do their job and they don't care about the freshness or quality of food that's being put out to their customers who are paying their paycheck then they need to find a new job. My husband and I will never be back horrible horrible horrible and I will make sure I tell everyone that I know not to go to the Zaxby's it's bad customer service and horrible horrendous...
Read moreWhen we got up to the counter Jamie was very rude and had the worst personality. She rolled her eyes many times while we were ordering and you could tell she wanted to be anywhere but there. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our food my husband noticed what looked like our food sitting in the window so I walked up and asked if was ours and if it was ready and she snapped at me saying “it’s waiting for sauce” which it had everything on it we ordered. So while I walked away my husband noticed she snapped her fingers behind my back. So then she went and grabbed our trays and he went to go grab them. She slammed them down and said nothing. So I went up tot he counter and asked if there was a reason for her attitude. And she said she didn’t have one but was starting to get one bc I was getting on nerves. And I asked if there was a manager present and this girl who looked shy of 15 said she was the manager and all she said while laughing was “I’m sorry and I’ll speak to my coworker” yea I’m sure she was sorry. Jamie also told me that if I didn’t want to deal with peoples attitudes I shouldn’t have come into the restaurant..... so is that what you come in to zaxbys for? Is attitude from the workers? Read moreI'm giving 2 stars because I love the food, but, I WILL NEVER eat at the Zaxby's in Fort Walton again. My husband and I have been eating at Zaxby's across the states since 1998, our kids love it too, even when we lived up north we would drive 6 hrs on a weekend just to eat Zaxby's. So why won't I eat at Fort Walton? 1- the rudest, most disrespectful cashier I have ever come in contact with in 38 years 2-she had her hands and fingers all inside our cups as she tossed them on the counter. 3- when my husband ordered extra sauce she rolled her eyes, then didn't put them on the tray so we had to ask for our extra sauces (we paid for!) Just to have her huff and toss them onto the counter. 4- she walked around the lobby rubbing her hands on her butt and inside her pants! 5- The restaurant was dirty, slippery floor. Husband and son complained of urine all over bathroom floor in men's room.
