We've had plenty of problems at this location, from slow service, being pulled forward and forgotten about, to having them repeat the correct food to us, bring us out different items and tell us "well it's what you ordered!" But today is the straw that broke the camels back.
We rolled up to the drive thru and were immediately told that the fryer was down. Okay, that's fine I guess, what sides are still available? Mac 'n cheese? Not my favorite but things happen, I get it.
We get our receipt and, without any warning from them, they upcharged us. It's your fryer that's broken, your fault, not ours, so don't you dare pass that cost onto us, especially not without warning.
On top of that, we ordered a strawberry lemonade and a regular lemonade. To my understanding they have the handcrafted lemonade or whatever you'd like to call it, in regular or strawberry, and fountain lemonade. There was 1 car ahead of us and the lot was pretty empty, so they weren't busy, but nobody bothered to clarify what we wanted. So we got the handcrafted strawberry and a fountain lemonade. It would have taken them 2 seconds if anyone cared to figure out what we wanted, but they just didn't really care. Not coming back again any time soon.
And to top it all off, we got a message back from their customer service team. I take it all back after their generous offer of one whole free sandwich! I can't wait to share that between my wife and me, all two of us. How generous of them to give us half a meal after screwing up our whole meal before, or making us give them more money so we can both actually eat! I'm sorry I said they don't care, their customer service team really showed me! Sarcastic rant aside, that's an insulting offer and really only cemented my stance here that even if Arby's food is pretty decent, their service sucks, and that's going to keep me away for...
Read moreTried to order some food today through the drive through. There was exactly one car in the drive through already waiting on food at the next window. I pull up and my family and i are going over the menu trying to find out what we want and there is silence through the speaker. We wait and wait for several minutes and still nothing. So my wife leans over and says "hello" not meaning to have any sort of attitude but to make sure that it's known we were there because we felt we were waiting for a long time without someone at least saying something. IMMEDIATELY someone answers and says welcome to Arby's can i take your order. So I try and order. He interrupts me and gives me an attitude saying "and for the record screaming hello..." I cut him off and said go F your self and left. Yes i used foul language. I don't want someone like that making my food anyway. I call up later and actually end up speaking to the same person (the manager) and he just gave me attitude about everything I described. "You were only in line for 3 minutes before your wife screamed at me." So you knew I was there? All you had to do was say I'll be with you in a moment when you saw we were there. Except you gave us silence and then an attitude when we checked if anyone was actually there as this wasn't the first time we've had to wait for someone at this location. His final statement was that I'm free to go to any other Arby's in the area which is completely true and that his boss would be available in the morning and she'd tell me the same thing if id like to speak with her.
Just a simple statement of acknowledgment could have kept all of this from occurring and I might still be a customer. Learn...
Read moreI increased my stars yet again all the way to five! 4/19/2025 830pm The night service has been so wonderful consistently. I’m so happy because Arby’s is one of my favorite sandwiches. I have been coming more frequently because I can count on the awesome team to make great dinner for me when I’m not feeling good or to tried. I b appreciate their hard work and dedication to good food! increased my stars from 1-3 because I actually think they found someone on the late evening/close shift that actually knows what they’re doing and actually cares about having a job. I wish I got her name but finally I had friendly service that could actually make the food, not some rude kid that don’t want to cook anything. I haven’t been to this location in a while because of the previous experiences, and every time I tried to go late in evening after work / class, they would say they “don’t have that” lol I would ask for like 3 different things and they kept saying they don’t have that “. they simply did not want to work or take a order- that’s why they are so empty all the time. Please Arby’s take care of the new girl cause i love the roast beef and would actually come more often if they actually could take my order like last time. I’m hopeful those old riff raff they had working there is no longer there, always having weird people hanging around at night. I even saw a fight break out once and had to call the police. I might change to 5 stars if they can keep up the...
