Coming from inspector 249 and food critic number 7312-59C wonderful atmosphere great breakfast team would definitely recommend to anybody who is willing to have breakfast at the Lima road BK they've remodeled their entire team they have an excellent breakfast team would definitely recommend to anybody who is willing to come for breakfast and this is definitely coming from inspector 249 food critic 7312-59C I would definitely give them a wonderful atmosphere and a great rating breakfast team has a wonderful atmosphere about them their food is absolutely wonderful nice and piping hot especially how it's supposed to look their team is outstanding wonderful crew to be around would definitely recommend Best team I have seen so far for the Burger King employee and for the franchise me personally I would not change them for anything in the world. Only thing now for me to do is to check out their lunch team and their dinner team and that is where the challenge comes into play they are under new management they have all new employees and they have really done a 360° turn around so I am definitely proud of this Burger King on Lima road Fort Wayne Indiana. Read moreWent to run a few errands tonight, all of which went HORRIBLY WRONG, so I decided to grab something quick for dinner on my way home. At the speaker after ordering my food, I had jokingly mentioned “I better get my dogs something cause they’re sitting here giving me “the eye.” Once I got my food, the gentleman at the window told me to roll my back window down & I confusingly looked down & saw they had ripped a whole whopper patty in half for them!!! 😂💕
THEN as I was pulling off, I was all the way out by the light pulling back out onto Lima road & just so happened to look over & saw the guy from the drive thru window RUNNING at my car with his hand in the air. My mind had been so scattered from everything going wrong, that I LEFT MY CARD AT THE WINDOW!!! He went out of his way to literally SPRINT in the freezing cold (without a jacket, by the way!!!) to bring me my card!!!! 💕💕💕💕💕
RAMON!!! If you happen to see this, I want you to know that you are amazing & you completely made my night!!!! If he has any managers or bosses that see this, PLEASE know that you have an AMAZING & dedicated employee!!!! That is so RARE anymore!!! I could go on about how amazing my experience was from this one little visit to Burger King. It definitely turned my day all the way around!!! I don’t do (good or bad) reviews hardly EVER unless something really sticks out to me & you did just that tonight. This man went WAYYYY above and beyond his job duties tonight & I think he needs the recognition & rewarded for his dedication to his job!!!

Read moreI do not understand what is going on with this specific Burger King. The last time I went through the drive thru, the person over the speaker was extremely short and had a tone that was just not acceptable for customer service. However, I proceeded to complete my order and wait in line and had been sitting there for 15 minutes and decided to leave the drive thru line.
Today, I go back hoping for better service (this was around 1:30pm). I pull up to the drive thru and I asked for one moment to look at the menu and all of a sudden I hear, "Just a second." Ok, not that big of a deal however, when they get back on the speaker, they are short and not friendly at all and when I completed my order, they go, "Second window. Thank you."
I pull up and thankfully, the drive thru line went by fairly quickly, and when I get to the window to give them my card, he doesn't even say hi, just gives me my total and takes my card. He comes back and just hands me the bag and when he gave me my card, I politely asked him for a side of mayo and some ketchup. He doesn't even say a word, rather - looks annoyed, and hurries up and grabs ketchup and mayo. Funny thing, he gave me grape jelly. Not mayo. I'm sure it was a mistake but my suggestion, slow down and be kind.
I worked in fast food for years and I can understand being short staffed, being busy, and customers being rude but, not all customers are rude and it is very frustrating when I feel or anyone that is a kind person, feels as though they are a bother.
