First off, let me say I generally LOVE Chipotle. I have lunch there from there at least once a week but usually 2 to 3 times a week. I however, will never go back to the Lima rd location. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Ordered my food today, got back to work to eat it like usual and the steak was extremely cold. Took a couple of bites and just couldn't do it. I tried to call the store, got ran in circles for 10 min by the automated system, couldn't speak to a live person, hung up tried to call back like 6 times and it would literally ring once and then hang up. Finally I decided to just go back to the store. I walked in and set my bag on the counter and told them that I couldn't eat this that the meat was ice cold. She got a manager who told me that she couldn't take it back and asked me to please go throw it away while she went to the back. I did this, waited 5 min for her to come back out, once she did, she proceeded to tell me that she could not refund my money or make me a new bowl but she could give me a 1-800 number to call and register my complaint. This, after she already had me throw the other bowl away. I told her to either give me my money or make me a new bowl. She said fine, go get in the end of the line. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Read moreIt seems every time I have went to any of the three Fort Wayne locations in the last few months there have been a new set of rules . Sometimes it online ordering only , sometimes you can go in . You won’t know until you get up to the door . The online portions have been small and both times they forgot my fork . Yesterday the app would not accept my order the first three times then when it finally did there was no way to pay with my gift card . I went inside to let them know I was having trouble with the app and ask about paying with my gift card . The employees were very rude and did not care one bit if they had my order or not . While sitting there trying to place my order several others came to the door and read the sign and said not worth it . I had to agree and ended up going to chick fil a and they kindly took my order and were glad I was there . Also , I called all three FW locations to see if any were open for in store ordering and they weren’t but one was going to be for dinner that night and one other said they might be tomorrow and none of them had any clue if you could use a gift card to pay on the...
Read moreFood was decent just like at any other chipotle. We came in Sunday afternoon and we were the only people in line to order for a while. One girl was on the line making the orders and another girl was “sweeping” the lobby. One cook was busy making food and another employee doing online orders. First thing I noticed was how dirty the store was but I assumed it was lunch rush and they were finally getting caught up. However the girl cleaning the lobby wasn’t really trying to get the store clean again. All the trash bins were full. A group of teenagers were all over the store making a mess and left it there for the employees to clean up. As we sat and ate the line started building quickly and with no urgency, the girl in the lobby came to help on the register. The girl on the line making orders had to ask for help. Nobody took initiative to help her out. The girl on the line was the only friendly one as everybody else seemed like they were having a bad day.
