If I could give a no star rating I would... lemmie just start off by saying I sat back at the speaker for a good 10 mins after I had completed my order, no one ever came back over the intercom. I can see what looked to be 3 guys and a girl just laughing and talking at the window,I still yet to have been acknowledged... I sat for another 4..5 mins and ask "umm did you get my order"? I am replied back with the most unfriendly rude lady's voice... I had to repeat order twice... So as I'm sitting at the window the lady working the window (autumn) is just as rude as when she was talking thru the intercom. So my order was not correct by anymeans, my kids couldn't even eat there dinner due to having mustard all over the hotdogs, I guess the lady never put in for the chicken I had repeatedly mentioned.. I have been in the food industry since I was 14yrs old, I've been at the bottom at the totem pole all the was up to gm, I've has my bad days had ppl be 💯 totally rude but it never caused me to be as rude as this girl was tonight... it's called costumer service! Which this young lady so very lacked.. I love rallys but heyy management you really need to get your employees in line, if there lacking good ppl skills put them in a non public...

Yelling and at this point when hung up on over triple dipped fries i have work at rallys i know the routine i am still in the restaurant business i would have NVR have served that or let my ppl tlk to anyone like that busy or not i have NVR had such un sanitary ppl serve me in my life none of my burgers were marked im lactose and tolerant i asked for no cheese she said if i asked for no cheese there wouldnt be no cheese on the receipt there was my fries looked and tasted like straight oil ik bout the double dip 30 seconds this was not that im very upset at ur quality of conducting business this is not how u tlk to ppl customers are always right and u most def DO NOT REPEATEDLY HANG UP ON SOMEONE.... That is y i yelled at ur soooo called manager and she would not give me the name the the girl who said before she was the manager so there r 2 females i tlked to that conduct very poor poor penmanship who represent your company... I found hair in my fries and on top of that SHANNON BEELER THE MANAGER is aware that there is also bedbugs coming off the walls and on the floor near the food in this establishment! I am sick to my stomach and will be reporting this to the board of health in the morning immediately! They do not clean as they should and almost every employee does not have a mask on and is also NOT VACCINATED!
